CoData Solutions helps firms in financial services streamline investment operations. We have worked with SolveXia for almost two years now and been impressed by both the quality of the team and flexibility of their platform. They bring technical capability to the table, working with us to automate data transformation and reporting processes previously done on spreadsheets.

We have experienced no material issues to date. We are working together to ensure we can continue to improve our formula for adding CoData investment operations domain knowledge to SolveXia’s technical know-how to add value to clients.

Solutions to date have included automation of regulatory reporting as well as a complex cash/stock reconciliation automation project. Clients save time and money, improve the quality of output and most importantly reduce operational risk through transparent and auditable processes.

Using SolveXia for a year now, on daily basis and it's flexibility, stability and performance is top notch. The solution is easy to use. The support is quick to respond and fix any issues. It integrated with all of required systems and works consistently as at the day it was set up. The tool implementation for a very complex solution with a significant number of features and scenarios was extremely professional from requirements gathering to the go live. The team is amazing to work with.

We have been using Solvexia for few years now and so far we are so happy with Solvexia. Solvexia is the solution to streamline our GL account reconciliation approval process, where we will upload all our reconciliations onto Solvexia portal. The portal will then notify the respective approver (via email) to review and either approve or reject your reconcilaitions. It is also super easy to navigate. When we have issue with Solvexia, Noel always there to assist us and he always resolved our issues in timely manner despite timing difference between Australia and UK.

The naming convention needs to be in specific way, for example the reports should be ending with "_RPT" if we forgot to put the "RPT", the report will get rejected.

We have been using SolveXia for over 10 years at our company. We are currently going through an upgrade and I was impressed how their product team spent the time to really understand our business issues before we implemented the new development. SolveXia helps us to distribute payments to our member network Australia wide accurately and in a timely manner.

We have experienced very few issues over the years. Some of the output files could potentially look better, although that is a superficial perspective.

SolveXia takes a lot of the time and potential errors out of mapping the payments from our suppliers to our travel agency members. We process more than $20m of payments per annum to 30 different businesses, and it prepares all the reporting and the payment files.

SolveXia's team is extremely knowledgable and communicative. There's always a team member available 24/7 from anywhere in the world. Also, design options give long term self service.

SolveXia is not only automating our reconciliation processes, but also improving the process itself. They have been outstanding in helping us stay efficient and effective.

No data challenge was too difficult to overcome. The consultant's at SolveXia were always up to the task. They more than met our requirements, and were not afraid to challenge those requirements or ask questions of us that we had not yet asked ourselves. Efficient, professional and transparent throughout the delivery from start to finish.

SolveXia is being used by our Finance/Fund Reporting teams to assist with the preparation of data for a number APRA forms.

Solvexia has automated the settlement process which is quite relevant now as we are migrating to a new ERP and we needed a tool to do the reconciliation due to some limitation of our new system. Our reconcilation process considers multiple criteria and solvexia was able to configure it in their system and so far everything has been working as expected. It also offers other features which is also relevant to the reconciliation process.

The solvexia team is also quite accommodating in checking our requests. We could easily communicate our issues with them and resolve them timely.

Maybe to improve the yellowfin report as sometimes it's loading too long.

We're currently looking into the filling/looking up of missing identifiers to improve the reconciliation process.

SolveXia team is quick to respond to our emails and listen to our requests. They put efforts in to understand our needs.

They have regular updates. Once it impacted our daily process and they didn't know about it until our team reached out and Solvexia started investigation

We need to reconcile 2,000 transactions daily in each account. We have 5 processes built by Solvexia, 3 of which are unique and requir quite complex logic sometimes.
