Solve360 is a great service all around. Their client Management service focuses heavily on contacts and companies, with all other features built in. Solve360 has really hit the nail on the head developing a system that is what small and large businesses alike really neat.
There really isn't anything to not like about solve360 it is a great app that everybody should be using. If I had to pick one thing the nip pic about I would have to say the fact that you only have one option for backing up your data. With most CRM services you can export your contacts as an Excel file. With solve 360 they only allow you to export as an XML file.
If you're looking for a program that is simple to use with very little setup solve360 is the product you need. If you want to be able to customize the software to fit your liking, South 360 is the easiest to do that with. Since they focus the app moron the contacts it's a great program for freelancers and other small businesses who focus on their customers. It does have many of the same bells and whistles as other CRM programs however they are built into the contacts field, showing that the customer is the most important part.
I was looking for a way to manage all of my customers for my it business. since I'm on the road a lot I was looking for something that worked well on a mobile device, and allowed me to see client contact information from the main screen without having to click through many screens or hitting edit in order to see things like the address.
The most helpful feature of Solve360 is the integration between all of the company areas (i.e. billing, accounting, operations and such).
At the same time it has great integration between areas, the time it takes to update info to Excel (or similar), is quite annoying.
It gathers all of our customers information all in one place.
I love Solve because it has a friendly interface so it is very easy to use since it allows me to do my work much faster, on the other hand, I can observe the relationship between the different projects or structures and the directors of the same and thus be able to have the information at hand at the time of any work meeting, or a project presentation to new investors and department managers, also having the option to tag any shareholder or director can send emails in bulk.
I like this system very much for its flexibility, allowing it to adapt very well to any type of business, I also like this system because it covers many of my needs as well as those of my clients and investors.
Actually, there is nothing that I do not like, because Solve has been of great help to my company, the only thing I can say is that it took us all a bit of time to customize several functions, in order to work more comfortably, the result is an excellent system.
This system has been of great help to the company, so I recommend it definitely, since it quickly adapted to each of our needs, allowing us to achieve extraordinary results that were of positive influence for all, also at the time of any doubt or situation one can always count on the support of the technical support team which is excellent since they offer effective solutions.
Thanks to Solve, we achieved the unthinkable thing that was linking the shareholders with the projects that are being developed. This undoubtedly allowed me to work in a more organized way, saving us time when looking for new clients, since through from their effective functions, they were easier to trace, generating efficient productivity.
Furthermore, the flexibility of this program allowed our employees to handle it without any problem and in a much easier way.
My favorite thing about solve360 is how easy it is to use and the wonderful customer support team. Upon initial set-up, my company received an introductory email notification that contained step by step instructions on how to proceed in using solve360. When we had questions or needed assistance, we were able to reach a customer support representative immediately and they went out of the way to assist and ensure we were comfortable proceeding. I also like the templates that solve360 offers. They make it easy and fast - instead of having to work from scratch. This has proven beneficial.
I dislike that solve360 is not integrated with more platforms - for example, IOS. Solve360 is compatible with Google and even with Google, I have experienced some delays and crashes. There have been several occasions when using solve360 that it crashes and I have to redo what I was working on from the start. I wish that it were compatible with Microsoft Office as I think this would be a useful benefit and integration.
I recommend solve 360 for small to mid size companies (won't support larger companies - for larger companies, I would recommend a SalesForce type product). I recommend solve360 for companies that are looking to manage clients and customer data, as we have found this is were it excels. It is not as much built for sales.
Solve360 has helped us to manage our current clients and engage prospective clients with ease. It is secure and allows you to control who can see what information. It has helped us delegate tasks and then track those tasks - this is probably one of the features that means the most to us for what we do as it has simplified and streamlined this process.
It is great for running our systems and processes. It is easy to link companies and contacts and to integrate them into the projects we are managing. What I like most about it is that it integrates well with the Google Suite of programs. You can sync with Google contacts, Google calendars, and it integrates well with Google docs. I like it because it works well with other software/resources (such as the previously mentioned Google) and it can sync together. What frustrates me is software that doesn't sync or communicate well with other software. This software makes use easy because of the sync-abilty to other programs.
I feel that the database queries could be improved. Trying to do complex queries don't work very well in this software. Also, how the data is organized is not very intuitive. The contact names are organized by first name, last name. I'm used to view contacts by last name, first name. I guess it's not a big deal and I have gotten used to it, it's just not what i'm used to from using other contact management software.
Like others have said, it is great for teams of 20 or less with long term sales goals. It provides a multitude of tasks and is best served for the intermediate CRM user. If you are looking for something more advanced, you are best served using another platform.
When using software, our company likes to use software that is multifunctional. What we like about Solve 360 is that it can works as a contact management software or as a CRM tool. We like it because it is a great way to organize projects or anything else that requires organizing. It is also a great way to keep all users up to speed on how a project is progressing so that team members know what critical tasks are remaining.
The system is easy to use. The introductory email sent to you when you sign up has all the right information to get you started, and a link to get you in touch with their customer care team just incase you ever need help!
Sometimes it saves, sometimes it doesn't...very aggravating to write something in a field and go back and it's not there.
All information about a client in one spot and you can adjust the fields to what you want which is really helpful!
The templates and scheduled emails save time and help to automate Processes. The program offers many features at no additional cost, such as the Android/iPhone/iPad interface.
Google integration is great. Simple, but powerful

I am a Microsoft centric user and Solve 360 lives mostly in the Google world. Would love better integration with Outlook, MS office, etc. but even with this "mixed marriage" situation, the offsetting benefits make up for much of the difference.
This is not your father's CRM. It is different but highly responsive. You need to know what you want from your software . . . or you can start using it and tweak as you go. Very easy.

As a commercial real estate broker, I track contacts; sales projects; activities; task assignments and more with Solve 360. It is generally able to do whatever I need and the support personnel usually will deliver what the customers want.
