There is nothing to dislike about N-able-N-Sighy RMM

I find valuable in the platform for streamlining IT operations, improving system monitoring, and enhancing overall efficiency. It helps address issues like proactive problem resolution, reducing downtime, and increasing overall network security.

The one thing I see as most significant about RMM is its capacity to gather data and give speedy reports. We have n-sight RMM close by the MSP manager. It works commendably for us. I can without a doubt manage all of the endpoints

Deployment can be smoother. No matter what view I am in, whenever I want to deploy, it constantly asks for what customer. It should take from there if I am already in a customer view. macOS takes some effort even after setting the proper permissions in the privacy section of system preferences.

Clean interface. Remote access is fast and easy. Provide our customers fast service. Reporting tools show important details that matters.

eThe time we have saved from using N-Sight RMM has been huge. We've gone from monitoring of devices being a pain to it being one of the easiest processes we now have.

The UX needs a bit of work to modernise and some of the automated tasks could do with better feedback.

Speed of deploying monitoring. We had gaps in monitoring before that have now been closed.

The one thing I find most helpful about RMM is the ability to information gather, provide quick reports, and review data across multiple sites with ease without the information feeling overwhelming.

I dislike the automated tasks and how they work. It would help if they offered results and speed in real time versus guessing if or when an automation command is sent off

solving ongoing services not reporting in and ensuring i have connectivity to all of their services in real time and they can repair anything in a dime if needed.
