N-central is a powerful tool that will revolutionize the way you support your customers.

There is nothing I dislike about the product. It might not be perfect, but they have an incredible team who continually improve the product monthly.

They enable us to monitor all of our endpoints with ease. Supporting our clients from anywhere in the world is a big benefit for us

Automation

N-Central allows us to add new clients and sites very easily. We love how easy it is to deploy probes and scan for new machines in the environment. This is one of the best RMM's we have used in recent years.

The Take Control symbol was not showing when computers were offline. This has been recently patched out but caused issues visually for a few months. This has been corrected.

We wanted an all in one product to manage devices remotely as well as their updates (Patch Management) and the ability to push out/deploy software to multiple PCs at the same time.

Native psa intergration (connectwise manage) was a big benefit and simple to setup.

We use primarily for third party patch so specific and delayed auto apporoval rules are great.

Reporting - although the api changes and the release of analytics will probably sort this out

Having dealt with N-able for 15 years I have always found n-central to be at the forefront of the products in the MSP space

Their commitment to their customers is what keeps us with them

Not a lot now it has improved over the years to meet our requirements

Provides the tools necessary to fulfil our role

The resiliency of the platform, the multi platform functionality, Apple agents have became more robust in 2023 and use of standard scripting languages. The support is second to none and I always get someone on live chat when I require help.

The interface could use a little redesign. Further include functionality on other platforms than windows. Integrations with third party product could use some work.

Helps us automate repetitive tasks and offer us functionality to serve our customers. Provide telemetry for our management and provide reporting for our customers. Collect asset register of all devices and helps us map new customer networks.

N-central helps us monitor and manage tens of thousands devices in a user friendly interface and offers powerful automation with Automation Manager. N-able provides great resources for helping you maximise the potential of the product.

As a MacOS user I am not able to leverage the best quality of N-central, the Automation Manager.

Gives us a great way of managing tens of thousands of devices with monitoring and automation

I like the automation features and the power to run this over multiple customers/sites at the same time

Lack of reporting built in to the product but I believe that this is coming in the near future

Allows us to automate the deployment of all our security software and manage patches across all our customers. This can be a huge time saver for our engineers

Take Control is the best tool for remote

Nothing to complain about the n-central!

It is solving the rmm and the patching, the remote control and the monitoring on our managed endpoints

The product has continually evolved and moved with the times, additional products and services are brought to the platform to help streamline our business processes.

Over the years, its been a little clunky and reporting has been an issue. What I would like to say is I've seen real progress and feel this will be changing soon.

N-Central is helping us standardise our technology stack across the board. We're able to quickly shift and develop our solutions to move with the times. The product provides us with a great platform to automate mundane tasks which can be easily performed by the system instead.
