Sogolytics is very user-friendly

Sogolytics is an excellent platform for building online surveys. It boasts an intuitive UI, and is navigable by people without survey software experience. The resultant questionnaires are also visually impressive. It's one of the best tools I've used for academic and student research, and I'm planning on using it for an MSc research project collecting UK-wide data.

"Great for non-for-profits!"

What do you like best about Sogolytics?

When Firefighters Without Borders needed a survey platform, we did a lot of research on the existing options and chose SoGoSurvey because it has the best features. We love the different question types, the premade surveys and the interface, which is not only easy to use but looks amazing. Highly recommend it for other non-for-profits.

I have not encountered any features that are missing.

It provide us with a way to create forms to collect vilunteer information, board satisfaction, etc

"Great Survey Platform & Better Than Competitors"

What do you like best about Sogolytics?

Sogolytics is user-friendly. We have been using it for years. On the few occasions when we've had to contact support, we have always received prompt responses. We switched to Sogolytics after using a competitor for a short period of time. When we contacted the competitor for support, we just never received a response. I appreciate Sogolytics responsiveness. They also offer a nonprofit license, which is very helpful to us.

What do you dislike about Sogolytics?

It can be frustrating when the nonprofit license expires each year without any notification. We usually only know when it has expired if we try to send out a survey and receive an error message. Having to reach out to Sogolytics to extend the license when we really need to send out a survey can be frustrating. I wish that we would receive an email letting us know when the license is about to expire or has just expired.

What problems is Sogolytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to gather feedback on our programs. This feedback allowes us to improve future programs. It also allows us to provide data when applying for grants to support our programming.
