Time management is the worst can not integrate with the bio metric attendance machine.

i think i like all the features in this software and there is nothing to dislike about it.

Like the employee clockings, holiday requests, leave absence and all the other tasks which are made very easy to manage which would have been very difficult without this software.

It's easy to used employee for there time scheduled as well as helpful for monitoring their activity clock's.

sometime it's difficult to fetch the data from the softworks.

it is high and expensive but really good.

especially i am user for the softworks so, i am not going any difficulty for me to softworks till now. but in furtherany problems i fetch then i am really update on this.

It allows us to build a clear picture of employee time and attendance through detailed workforce analytics that reports on attendance, absenteeism, overtime and more. Most importantly it integrates well with our other platforms including accounting and human resources management.

It is a very good option that we found than the manual ones.

It rarely gives us any problems. Set- up and disabling of new employees very easy, could be improved by verification of unique record before the end of the process. Support Is very impressive.

It has a self service mobile app that enables the employees to check schedules and record their own attendance time, request holiday and other activities.It provides clocking option, bio-metric,proximity pin clocking email time sheets and others that provides employees availability information. It has an active customer service and is very easy to use.

Server hangs sometimes unless web server is restarted.
