I think the product itself is incredibly intuitive, and far ahead its competition as relates to the service providers that other gaming entities have historically used to carry out the KYC function.

We've run into a couple of hiccups along the way w/respect to some of the features (esp. DocV), so I'd love to ensure that product continues to receive attention and enhancements.

Through this we can easily find out any user record by using their ID's and I have never faced any issues with the implementation till now.

There is nothing to dislike as such now. But they can improve if users want to perform an action for bulk ID.

They are verifying Ids, and it has improved our identification feature.

The best thing is that we get exact information about what has been accepted or rejected. If rejected, then why, so this is user-friendly as well as developer friendly.

There is nothing that I can say is not good in berbix so far.It is working fine.

Berbix helps us to identify identity user's information by accepting the front and back of ID /Selfie It fetches the details of the user even let's say if someone's passport is expired it also tells that.This is benefiting us that which ID is real or not.

The pricing is very reasonable for early stage companies that need something quick and easy to plug into. The setup was quick and painless. It's all been going well. If anything I'd like one platform for ID checks AND background checks but Berbix do one thing REALLY well and I like that

This is a great tool that helps clients where face to face is complicated and is embedded with AI

It requires an internet connection, and the recipient needs a camera-enabled device, I guess this is an essential requirement for the app, but not everyone meets the requirement

How clients get frustrated with the app. It's nothing to do with the functionality but user errors.

Make sure you know all the steps before instructing others to use. Test it out for yourself.
