The program is highly customizable and easy to learn! It is a very powerful tool for customer engagement.

Allows rapid secure text messaging from my computer or mobile app to patients and also patients can send a copy of the insurance id securely. so easy to use and I was able to get up and running in no time. patient satisfaction has gone up and staff is super happy and much more productive because they are able to chat with multiple patients at once instead of phone calls. No show and cancellation has gone down. one of the best & easy to use patient engagement system I have seen.

The best app so far for business that I have used. It incredible easy to use and makes my job easy to reply to reviews send follow ups and complete many other tasks! Love it!!
