It is incredibly easy and intuitive. The support is also friendly and helpful with questions and tips.
The only downside I found was the reporting tool. I can download everything in a spreadsheet but I wanted to be able to do some querying in the app.
We can use the mobile and web app instead of printing a long program which helps us keep information updated and accurate for attendees. We use the platform to email registrants and the app to send out announcements during the convention. Our attendees overwhelmingly used the app for communication and connection with each other.
Webex App has been a fundamental and a very reliable event companion for event experience. I have been able to join event anywhere at anytime reducing travel and accommodation costs for me. For me the Android version app has been running so smoothly making it easier for me to interact with my colleagues. It's features works perfectly giving me a top-notch user experience. When I was a new employee at my organisation, I used it majorly on onboarding and training sessions,where I found it interface so intuitive and friendly. It's video and audio quality metthe standards that I desired.
On dislike, I found nothing that hindered it's exceptional performance. Signing up is easy, connecting to the event is much appreciatable.

If only a few participants take part in an event, the communication can be very one-sided, as not all attendees will use Webex events anyway. The main benefit for me was the Interactive Participant Engagement, as there are so much possibilities to work with other participants and get in touch with them. So all the Collaboration and Networking Opportunities are amazing as virtual events often lack the spontaneous networking opportunities of in-person gatherings. There is nothing that I can mention as dislike but I would hope that they include more customization for users so that they can make it more personal. Other than that I am very satisfied with this tool.
Webex solve the stress of handeling and managing online events including large number of audience and then providing the report on those conduted events so that we can plan future events accordingly.
We also created a form for those who were interested in continuing and enrolling our course furthe using this tool, we didnot have to switch on other applications to create this form and then share the link to everyone, It was all done at one place only.

I love how customizable it is. It is also super user friendly. The staff has been really wonderful to work with and are always willing to help with any questions. This is our 3rd and I feel really excited to continue the partnership!
The only small critique is with registration questions are typically in two places, under registration and attendees. It would be easier if it wasn't in two places for editing purposes.
We never had an app before, we would print badges with agendas on them. It was a very manual time consuming process especially around workshops, this now allows us to avoid mistakes and allow it to be extremely easy for our internal employees to set up their schedules.
I can easily schedule and send emails to inform and remind the event attendees of the upcoming events on time for their adequate preparation. I easily design event badges and also customize the by size , fontsand text effortlessly. I can easily connect with other attendees in two shakes by simply tapping this " Shake" for instant connection hence saving me muche time. The support team is one of the helpful resources in webex event,the are so responsive and supportive all the way from the setup to execution stages. It's clean interface is so amazing and appealing.

The flexibility and ease of use on the back end is better than any other we have used, and the attractive and self-explanitory nature of the front end product has brought us a lot of positive reviews from the events we have hosted.
We have had a bit of struggle having multiple people working on the event at once - occasions where one person's changes will be overridden because another person is working on the same event. We would also love to have a sort of 'version history' to help us see who changed what and when, and to easily be able to view documents on the back end.
Use of the Webex Events apps has made many aspects of our work easier. We have needed fewer and fewer hard-copies of items such as agendas, presenter bios and documentation, venue maps, etc. Even for those participants at our events who may not be the most tech-savvy, adding the event apps to their devices has gone quite smoothly. Integration of exterior items such as sponsor links, evaluation surveys, etc. also goes without a hitch.

A small but minor inconvenience is that the video studio cannot be muted. When working on the back end during live presentations I would try to manage multiple breakouts at the same time, and the overlapping speaking was chaotic.
