I have used a ton of social media posting apps and Sociamonials has been the most reliable platform that I have used. I currently use it for client accounts as well as my business accounts.

Although Sociamonials is a great platform, there is room for some improvements. The UI needs an upgrade to be more modern.

We use it for social media marketing campaigns. My team utilizes the platform for our business accounts as well as client accounts. The platform is very efficient with respect to scheduling social posts.

The ability to post to multiple sites on one dashboard. Sociamonials also has a nice schedule site and tracking agility.

They continue to update and develop their product, making improvements.

I have been using Sociamonials for about a year and it is easy to use. I like it because it is not just a social media management tool but also is a campaign tool where I can use it to run viral campaign.

If one thing that I don't really like is their current UI i think they can further improve to make it not so cluttered and small. They should improve the look and feel to give better user experience. Other than that can't really find any negative thing on this app.

If you are looking for a social media management tool or you are looking for a social media campaign tool, Sociamonials will have the best of both worlds! I personally preferred the viral campaign tool as it enabled me to run a campaign to increase my social media followers and engagements. If you are agency, consider using their whitelabel agency dashboard, it will be better for your branding.

Sociamonials is an easy-to-use social media scheduler and also with additional option for me to run social media viral campaigns. I also like the way it allows me to own an agency dashboard and split the workspaces for my clients.

I absolutely LOVE that we have access to so many landing pages, the ease of use, and social media campaign tools!! I especially love how well it works with Zapier as I have completely automated my email sequences so that I am not manually sending out email responses all day every day.

Maybe just to have more integrations, but there is not much to dislike about Sociamonials at all!! It does integrate with Zapier so that makes it a WIN WIN when I need to do anything at all with other platforms. I have had no issues when using Zapier with my webhooks to automate my emails with Sociamonials!

Sociamonials is a one stop shop and a MUST HAVE for generating leads!! It will also help you streamline processes and automate a lot of tasks via Zapier so you can focus on other things with your time.

I have had a significant increase in leads and have had so much success that others have decided to get Sociamonials as well. The preview on social media posts are absolutely stunning as Sociamonials allows you to upload preview pictures, videos, and also has an advanced option to input keywords, SEO, customized CSS, and page preview title.

I love the idea of Sociamonials because it helps me reach my target audience with giveaways, polls, surveys, and content that are perfectly tailored to them. I never have to worry about posting or anything else because it's all taken care of for me. Sociamonials is also a really affordable tool and the customer service is great. I love that my account is automatically updated with all of my content.

On the other hand, I have always had a lot of social media accounts, but the process of posting to all of them was always time-consuming. With Sociamonials, I can schedule and post to all of my accounts with just one click and I love that I can use my own templates and layouts! This tool is perfect for people who are looking for a way to manage their social media accounts more efficiently.

As a user, I find Sociamonials' interface to be a bit unintuitive. Nonetheless, it's a decent product. I was almost disappointed because it is not that appealing at all at first glance. As compared to other platforms, I have found it to be less handy. In addition, I was unable to find the Social Listening module also known as Mention, which I consider to be the second-most important feature after Social Posting.

Really good system, and really helpful support, would highly recommend.

I'm currently using Socialmonials to manage my social media accounts, to run giveaways and sweepstakes, and to explore viral marketing options. As opposed to other competitors like Gleam.io, Woorise, Rafflecopter, and Upviral (and a few others) Socialmonials offers all the same and more.

2. The PR marketing team also leveraged inputs from our reports to devise PR strategies, planning for crisis control, and relevant campaigns

3.Robust reporting suite established to generate daily and monthly brand reports, critical alerts, and competitive intelligence reports for predefined categories

Some manual intervention for the removal of junk profiles and junk data is needed.

Sociamonials has helped us in influencer identification using robust research techniques and mapping through a focused methodology. It is a cost-effective social listening tool.

3.Understand on an ongoing basis what are the topics of discussion around the brand, overall brand sentiment, key trends, and draw insights.

What I liked best about Sociamonials is just how "easy" it is to publish on ALL of your social media channels in a single platform, with the ability to build landing pages for social media campaigns! I was able to easily integrate Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Youtube for all the brands I am managing. The photo and video campaign editor is just spot on too!

The least liked feature of the current Sociamonials platform is the Calendar and Publish modules, more specifically on the Sent items. Currently, ALL users can view EVERYTHING posted by other users. This may good if the agency fully manages the account, but not that good if you let clients access the platform. Suggested this feature to the Sociamonials team.

Also the Calendar function is applied to all social media accounts. The only workaround for now is to create different categories for each and every social media channel.

There is currently no Instagram direct posting and the mobile app just sends reminders when it is time to post to IG.

For companies considering a very robust Social media channels management platform, Sociamonials will definitely fit the bill. It is quite a new company so there are still lacking features like the Instagram direct posting and the user access controls are still lacking due to the viewing of other user's content in the platform under a single account.

Businesses are into social media and this trend will continue to grow in the next years or so. It would be so hard to maintain different social media channels without the right tools. Fortunately Sociamonials fits the bill when it comes to managing content on your social media accounts. We are able to monitor our brands and have easy access to important data for our contents.

There are many features in sociamonials that are very helpful like post publishing, queing, video testimonials and viral giveaway campaigns

Lots of great features. Can use it to post to social media or create giveaway campaigns to grow your audience. And the customer service is very helpful/responsive. Oh, they are also continually adding new features.

The UI/UX could use some improvement. Not always the easiest tool to use.
