Social Tracker is needed to be improved. The problems I faced are written below.

Maybe is a bit simple and need to be more complex, add features, add comparisons, add some metrics and of course, they must to make cheaper their reports because are not a good option when you can make in a few minutes the same without pay that price, so if they want to get a correct price of their reports in premium accounts must to upgrade reports or make cheaper them (reports).

Also you can get some errors in percents because sometimes it excedes 100% in engagement.

If you want to make the difference, it will not be the tool, but it can help you to make it. Anyway you can use it for a simple track of the social networks you have.

As i say in the dislike section, they must to fit the correct price for their premium product (reports), your social media content is highly public so you can use a lot of other choices for analyze it. Anyway, SocialTracker is a nice option for a fast look up of your social media metrics.
