I enjoy the ease of using it. The team I managed had no issues learning everything and all platforms are laid out very nicely when creating multiple posts.
I wish that attaching images were not a separate tab. I really hate switching back and forth and losing the platforms I chose in the other tab.

This is very easy to use, and you can coordinate more than one social media account to it. It allows you to set up your posts in advance and have them post as you have them scheduled. This is fantastic for letting you have a presence daily, or even hourly (or more) when you are doing a rollout, away on vacation, or just working on other things during the day. You can set it and forget it. You can use hashtags and links (and it will shorten those for you with one click) set the date and the time. You can even go back and edit or pull something before it posts.
I love this system, and tell people about it often.

This tool allows me to work ON my business, by allowing me to set and forget things that need to be posted daily or on a regular basis, without my having to stop each day and do it. So if I am traveling, my feed still has what people are used to seeing, or if I have a special running, then I can make sure that day is filled with news and details, while I am running the actual launch.

Although paid offers many features, the free version also gives access to many cutting-edge features such as keyword tracking, use of premade drafts, quickly view mentions, URL shortening and much more. Although free version only offer access to control five twitter accounts and no other social media accounts.
SocialOomph's control panel is pretty streamlined and simple to use, in general. I like that I can attach several different accounts from different social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. We have excellent analytics though SocialOomph and insightful trending tools to help us see what's going on in our industry and to have a better understanding into the types of posts we might want to create in the future. I think one of the most useful features is the ability to schedule our posts long before they are due to go out. We can write and distribute posts throughout the week without having to constantly log in and publish them.
I have not had many problems understanding how to use SocialOomph, but I think that the design could be organized a little better so that we can have more features on one page instead of having to use tabs to go to different sections. I think that's just being picky though. I don't have any overly serious complaints to talk speak on much.

It was relatively easy to connect accounts and get several people added for administrative purposes. The user interface of SocialOomph is something everyone seems to like and finds easy to navigate.
I can't complain a whole lot since SocialOomph has definitely made things more easy for us, but there are some more advanced configurations that are lacking which might make our lives more easier. If we could maybe pick and choose certain fields to show in a more custom manner, then that would allow us to focus more on the account elements we're more interested in and can maybe be more productive with those configurations.
SocialOomph isn't a huge investment, but it can certainly provide good value for users that have strong business connections to social media. I think once you use it for a month or so, you'll intuitively be able to make it work more smoothly with your daily business activities.

It often takes days before they report a post that didn't go through due to some error, and I'd love those notification emails to be instant, in case the post flow gets messed up. The plan offered for free does not include all features. It's missing some features/functionality that other social schedulers have, but those other social schedulers are also much more expensive, so I understand the trade-off.
