The customer service and help from the SL team is top-notch, without their help I would not be nearly as proficient as I am now in the tool.

There is not much to dislike about the tool to be honest. The only thing that could improve the tool in my opinion is an overlay of where everything is located for the guests in the green room. That way they understand where everything is, and then I can explain the tool to them more easily as the director.

Easy virtual video recording. Townhalls made easy and engaging for our entire employee base. LinkedIn lives are a great way to engage our entire audience on the social platform as well.

The onboarding process of Socialive is easy and quick.

The guest experience for Socialive is improving but can still be clunky at times when people are used to using other platforms.

Socialive is a great tool that allows our team to quickly design, produce, record and edit high-quality broadcasts that can enable us to put out engaging content on platforms like LinkedIn. The tool has opened up a whole new avenue for us to reach a broader audience.

One of the only downsides of the product is that there can be occasional technical difficulties for guests when connecting their equipment, but support is always prompt and helpful.

We can jump on the LinkedIn Live trend to create short-form video content. It has allowed us to expand our recruitment efforts by providing information to our audience about our company in an engaging way.

I love how much flexibility Socialive gives us to produce top-quality content that can be edited in the platform or pulled down for additional post-production. It's a great tool for both ends of our workflow–content creation and final output streaming.

I would love it if ISO feeds were recorded at 1080 and if it had a built-in teleprompter.

It's a great, all-encompassing platform for a digital media business working in the virtual space.

Our need was twofold: On the capture end, we needed an easy solution for remote content capture that didn't challenge users on the access side. On the back end, we wanted a web-based streaming platform to prevent disruptions caused by live streaming over a local ISP. Socalive helped us solve both!

Socialive has been a game changer in the way we deliver virtual training content to our audience. We use the platform to post Facebook live events in our closed group of 55,000 members. With a group this large we needed to find a way to make our virtual events look professional and engaging and Socialive has helped us do this. It is like we can be our own TV producers and create our own professional shows without the cost of working with an outside agency to produce each show individually.

There are some features that can be improved such as having the titles built into the system instead of creating on your own. For the most part this is very easy and user friendly to use.

We wanted a platform that could help us bring multiple presenters on the same screen for our virtual events and make a professional looking live event. We could not do this with just Facebook alone if presenters were in different areas of the country. Socialive allows us to do this with having presenters based in different states all come together for the same live show - and it helps us create professional looking live events with intro/outros with music, graphics, backgrounds, and different layouts to make the event look engaging.

I like Socialive but what I really love is Customer Support, our agent (Delshaun) has been great!

We are looking for more interactive platforms that also help us capture leads.

Recording case studies is way easier now and looks more professional.

I love how easy it is to use the production side of the platform. It allows me to run stress-free events while also providing my audience with a visually interesting experience.

I wish there were more localization / ADA features like being about to have AI produced captions for live/simu-live events for multiple languages. I know there's some solution coming, but would love to have at least English captions as a default.

Ability to run complex runs of show. I'm able to provide my guest speakers with a familiar platform to present from that doesn't require a ton of onboarding/ training to get them comfortable with it, and I am able to broadcast out to many different channels.

The Socialive interface is very intuitive and is easy to learn how to create leveled up production for your video needs.

The only thing I wish Socialive would enable is the ability to see other team member users' content and clips.

Our team has been able to use Socialive to enhance our virtual events. We were able to take them from a boring, run-of-the-mill webinar to a true virtual event.

Socialive is a fantastic, easy to use platform which I would recommend to anyone wanting to launch upcoming live events. The support team are amazing and my whole experience was great

Socialive has changed the virtual event space for my team and me. In the past, mixing pre-recorded and live video was a complex, time-consuming task and often times wasn't worth the time and effort. Now, we can easily mix the two together and create an entirely new viewing experience.

No platform is perfect, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons on this one. I do wish the titlecard creation was a little easier/more customizable, and I think creating an asset library that would be available across all broadcasts would be convenient, but hopefully those features will be rolled out soon!

I can now seamlessly mix pre-recorded and live video -- a game changer for virtual events. If a speaker is unavailable at the live event time, or if we want to include a video or a pre-recorded workshop, the possibilities are endless and the convenience is unmatched. Socialive makes creating content for our community significantly easier.
