The Customer support was very professional and Quick in Response

They also solve the problems very quick ,

The files that I can download from the insight is very easy to read.

Comparing Between few Pages is a feature that does not exist in many of the places.

But One should not forget that to keep this Quality with Customer service and for the Technical team that check if everything is ok . Is not so cheap so you get exactly what you are paying for

What do you like best about Socialinsider?

- Easy hook-up and access

- Easy to use interface and results display, ensuring anyone from Juniors to C-suite can understand the analysis and derive insights

- Great platform support across the board

- Support team are INCREDIBLY supportive, with timely responses and accommodations made to ensure your experience with the platform is as optimal as possible. Honestly, one of the best support teams I've had the pleasure of dealing with, and a big reason the platform is great to work with.

- Monthly payment plan - making the platform affordable for all team sizes

What do you dislike about Socialinsider?

- Powerpoint exports require some fiddling with, especially as not all KPIS are reported or reported in the most effective format

- Auto-tagging development is not strong; definitely an area for improvement

- Data can sometimes require speaking with the team to amend - there are occasional kinks where posts are appearing twice, or some engagement is not being accounted for - this isn't a common occurence and the team is incredibly supportive when it does happen, but it's definitely something to be mindful of

First of all customer service is always great and top-notch! Plus that available data and the look of the GUI is great!

Did not know some of the limitations of for example swaps at first, but customer service has helped in regards of this!

What do you like best about Socialinsider?

It's extremely helpful for social media publishers and content creators like myself to do the deep analysis of trending content. I personally use it every day to get new ideas for my social accounts. It has given me many ideas by seeing what other content is performing well. Using this data, I've grown my social accounts millions of followers! I use it all the time for this purpose and it's very worth the money and quite affordable when you think of how fast you can grow using the tools it provides.

There's no real downsides actually. It's super useful! The price is actually quite affordable too so I can't think of anything wrong with Socialinsider. I use it every day!

Socialinsider gives me the same tools than any other big social media management platform that I´ve used. It even has more features than the competitors. But what I like the most is the human customer service. Actual people are behind the computer! So refreshing!
