The tools and data feed are easy to understand and to implement. They provide a high number of features and we can work from there on what we can or might change to get more engagement, and how to get more frequency of use.

I wish they could be available for personal pages as well besides professional pages, as I feel would be a important tool for professional bloggers.

They are providing me the most updated analytics and real data feed on how I am doing online with keywords and which areas I can improve or invest to make my pages be more seen.

I use socialdog to track my business's performance on twitter.

I do not dislike anything in particular but I would like to be able to unfollow old follows more easily.

I am able to track my growth on social media to see what works and what does not.

I can see analytics, followers, growth, etc. all on one page. I can do everything I need to manage my audience.

I can't follow/unfollow anyone within the app. I know that is an X thing but it was really convenient to do it on my social management apps in the past.

I can measure how well campaigns are performing. I can see if growth is accelerating or if I am losing any key followers.

I receive daily reports on my data in an easy template that can be very helpful to understand and see where you can get better results.

Not really much, just wish they could work with more social medias.

The decrease number of followers and views.

I have been able to see if the marketing and or messaging is working. I also have found that I have better interactions with my followers as they are real and not bots that do not react. I set my perameters and the ease of implemetation was complete. I have been able to depend on the number of features that are provided. You will love the integration into your socials.

As of today, I do not see anything I dislike.

I have been abble to have a manageable follower size that allows for positive interactions.

The best part about this tool is how intuitive it is to use and how it incorporates all the elements and filters I would be looking for to manage my Twitter followers.

Nothing to dislike yet. I appreciate the free option and do wish I could afford the other benefits but all in due time!

The biggest use is removing follower accounts I don't want to be associated with the account. I can easily see who should and shouldn't be there.

Some minor areas could use improvement. We are tracking the followers to determine their engagement with our posts and how we can post more content to people who love them. Also, we manage to follow/unfollow users with this platform.

The filtering capability that allows me to see who follows me, who I follow, who unfollowed me, who I follow that doesn't follow back, and so on. These can also be filtered by date. Very helpful.

Whenever I access SocialDog it sends an email notification that's kind of weird. Not crazy about that part, but it's not a big deal to me. I don't have any complaints though.

I want to keep my follow count low and boost my followers. Being able to see all that information and filter through to pinpoint precise trends is very helpful.
