I love that the diagrams can easily be shared and manipulated by multiple team members. This makes preparing for our events a breeze. Additionally, the platform is intuitive and allows us to pay attention to spacing protocols, particularly in a post-pandemic world.
I haven't run into any issues with the platform. However, I think it would be great if it could be pre-programmed with dimensions and door placement of popular spaces, or prepared by the venues themselves.
Cvent allows our team to share diagrams internally, which is very helpful especially when out team continues to work remotely. This access and ease of sharing work is a huge benefit to our team.
This really helps to put into perspective what the event will look like logistically for the client.

Our Venue gave us a space that is too small for us this year but has nothing left to offer, I have been using Social Tables to find a way to fit everyone and everything we need into the space. Being able to share with my boss my vision In a visual way is great!

I like that the program has everything I need right at my finger tips. Meeting space and items in it are to scale and you get a quick reference as to what can and cannot work for meetings. I love that layouts can be saved and duplicated for future use. I also love the sharing capabilities so that clients and customers can collaborate with you on diagrams.
Honestly, I don't have any complaints. I truly do enjoy using this program and it makes work so much easier.
If you are looking for a program to help get a more accurate and quick glance at meeting setup, this is the program for you! I cannot tell you how much of a time saver this program is and have convinced hotels that I have worked with in the past to use this program.
It allows me to quickly see what will fit in a space and what will not. It also saves time when working with outside customers because you can work on the program together virtually versus having to set up in person meetings to review everything.

I really like that Cvent Event Diagramming can actually measure spacing and sizing of rooms, tables, chairs, etc. It is easy to use.
Cvent Event Diagramming is an additional product add on.
This is a very helpful product when designing and planning rooms with various set ups. It is amazing how you can actually get your event spaces uploaded for sizing purposes.
