The charts of social media metrics on Social Status are designed elegantly and are also very comprehensive. Social Status provides a lot of data on profile analysis, ads, analysis, and even competitor analysis. I use it every month for digital reports for my clients. I had a bit of difficulty connecting the Facebook page. Fortunately, I was immediately assisted by their customer support.

I hope there's an option to pay for just a few more plan quotas (social media assets) to track.

Social Status has helped a lot in ease of creating monthly digital reports for my client. I got to save a lot of time in generating reports.

Social Status is a tool that is easy to use and understand, implementation was straight forward. The interface is simple to use and very user friendly. I did have few question at the start the the customer support service was very responsive. Since I started using the tool, i use it on a day to day basis to check progression of all our pages.

I'm portuguese so, hours im PM AM is not perfect. But I understand.

Analyze each client page each week. I would have to calculate manually weekly interactions and stuff like that - it would be a nightmare. Meta tools are probably the worst posible: Meta is probably one of the worst software/service in the world.

The playform does seem to have some lag. I have a 5Gb connection with a 2ms ping, not sure it's my network. I do also feel they could beef up their free offering.

Social Status has been great for gathering insights. I recently made the switch this platform and especially like the benchmarks for each social channel and overview tab for insights for a quick look at performace.

There is still a lot more to explore in but so far it has been great!
