What do you like best about Social Intents?

It allows me to create multiple groups, chats and teams. There is no lag at all and it works smoothly. Staying in contact with team members is imperative in WFH world. Staying connected is very easy with it.

What do you dislike about Social Intents?

Nothing yet. I like it very much. First time I needed time to a hang of it.

What problems is Social Intents solving and how is that benefiting you?

WFH has isolated the teams a lot, it has created an office-like environment by keeping the employees connected via chat and calls.

I love how I can easily create pop-ups for my website to obtain emails from visitors.

I disliked the cost of the service but it is worth it for me.

If the free trial can increase for 1 more week

Problems:

There is no such problem I have encountered.

Benefits:

1) Time Saving

2) Easy to manage

3) Sending updates to team through Slack itself about the Website Visitors.

What do you like best about Social Intents?

I like that I can chat with a person in real -time. Social Intent allows me to provide answers to a hundreds of student on Microsoft Teams with ease. The online support is great as well.

What do you dislike about Social Intents?

There is not too much I dislike about the product.

What problems is Social Intents solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can communicate with other customer support in real-time while I am assisting a customer. One benefit I have realized is I can transfer files while chatting with the customer, which speeds up the process of customer service.

"Easy to set up, though less customizable than others"
What do you like best about Social Intents?

Setup was incredibly simple - developer was able to do it in a day, adjust to our branding, get it integrated with Slack. I was able to set the rules on when it would run, set up defaults, invite others to help manage the queue of questions. All very straightforward.

What do you dislike about Social Intents?

I would love the ability to default some questions when the chat is opened - options for the user to start with. We know common questions, so giving them a quick way to ask those without having to type it out would help create consistent paths.

What problems is Social Intents solving and how is that benefiting you?

Improve response time for user inquiries on our platform. Have been able to answer questions in minutes rather than days.

What do you like best about Social Intents?

I like that I can chat via my Slack app instead of having an additional window open.

What do you dislike about Social Intents?

I don't appreciate that sometimes it shows a chat came through offline with no option to interact when we are not offline- we are online and available with other chats coming through.

What problems is Social Intents solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows people to chat perhaps when they have a customer on the phone and couldn't call in - but still allows them to receive real-time assistance.
