I like that I can chat with a person in real -time. Social Intent allows me to provide answers to a hundreds of student on Microsoft Teams with ease. The online support is great as well.
There is not too much I dislike about the product.
I can communicate with other customer support in real-time while I am assisting a customer. One benefit I have realized is I can transfer files while chatting with the customer, which speeds up the process of customer service.
I love the easy integration with slack. I use this at work to communicate with my coworkers
I don't have any dislikes with social intent
I'm able to reach my team members quickly and easily especially when a client is in need and I have to contact someone else for the answers
Ever since I started working for Amazon support it helps and is efficient
The jamming of the system and the internet plays a big role
Make use of it as its easy depending on the department
Working for customer support you get to solver alot of queries
I enjoy being able to engage with coworkers and stay in contact with others on a professionally.
So far I have no dislikes about social intent
I'm able to communicate with others quickly and efficiently.
Setup was incredibly simple - developer was able to do it in a day, adjust to our branding, get it integrated with Slack. I was able to set the rules on when it would run, set up defaults, invite others to help manage the queue of questions. All very straightforward.
I would love the ability to default some questions when the chat is opened - options for the user to start with. We know common questions, so giving them a quick way to ask those without having to type it out would help create consistent paths.
Improve response time for user inquiries on our platform. Have been able to answer questions in minutes rather than days.
The way it's like text messaging and really laid back
Home nothing like I said before it's really easy to use.
There were some bugs in the LiveChat functionality, but the support team kept me updated about fixing it.
I like that I can chat via my Slack app instead of having an additional window open.
I don't appreciate that sometimes it shows a chat came through offline with no option to interact when we are not offline- we are online and available with other chats coming through.
It allows people to chat perhaps when they have a customer on the phone and couldn't call in - but still allows them to receive real-time assistance.

It allows me to create multiple groups, chats and teams. There is no lag at all and it works smoothly. Staying in contact with team members is imperative in WFH world. Staying connected is very easy with it.
Nothing yet. I like it very much. First time I needed time to a hang of it.
WFH has isolated the teams a lot, it has created an office-like environment by keeping the employees connected via chat and calls.
