The software is extremely user friendly and if I had any questions while in the software there is a live chat option to help respond to my questions. The customer service team assisted me promptly to help address any concerns that I may have.It was super easy to load employee calendars and customize message options. The price to use this software is super affordable for all of the expert tools that are in the platform. The functions that are included inside the software has saved me so much time including the time it use to take me to upload links, now I can easily grab the video that I want with just the click of a button.

The downside is with Instagram. To schedule and post on Instagram, additional steps require the mobile application. These extra steps often confuse our sales reps, and they tend not to use it for Instagram as much if they feel it is a lot of extra effort.

Social Horse Power were very quick to respond to my questions via email. It is a large tool, so there is a learning curve and my account manager had to help me learn things she had previously trained me on. BUt she was always patient and answered all questions no matter how small.
The employees loved how easy it was use on the platform.
This business is still in the beginning stages of growth. But we used that to our advantage and let them know suggestions and what would work better. The account manager sent all of our suggestions to the team to figure out how to incorporate in the future.
Our company decided to discontinue use halfway through the contract due to company strategy but not anything SocialHP was doing wrong. The timing was not the best on our end but we enjoyed using it while we had permission from our leadership team.

The tool allows you to auto-post or choose what posts to push with the ability to edit and change.
There is no video auto-pull feature yet but I know they are working on it and it's in their product roadmap. Overall there isn't really anything that much that I would say I disklike.
