Love how easy it is to use and how clients can approve proofs without a lot of extra expense of confusion. AI tools are nice. Reliable friendly support and most importantly, whenever we have made requests or suggestions the tech team has taken our requests seriously and integrated some great solutions. Really great!! Nice solution for a small to mid-size social media team. So happy with social champ!!!

Not much. Very rarely we have encountered a tech issue but support has always resolved it really quickly. So that's a plus. No complaints here.

Social Camp just makes things easy. Its free plan lets you connect three social accounts. You can create one post to go on all three platforms and then tweak them individually for each channel. It's easy to add and edit photos within the platform. You get a good preview. You can schedule things, and it's easy to reschedule posts as needed. It's honestly better than a lot of more expensive platforms I've used!

They also have paid plans for those who want to get more in-depth with analytics or ad more social accounts.

I would recommend Social Champ to anyone with a small budget who wants to get started with social media automation.

You can see a preview of your posts when you're creating them. However, I wish it were easier to see a preview AFTER you've scheduled them. Sometimes I just want to be able to quickly look at what I already have scheduled for a certain day. Not a huge complaint, though.

I wanted to be able to see all my social campaigns across all channels in one place. Social Champ makes that easy by showing me everything on one calendar. Plus, I have a small budget at the moment, and Social Champ let me get started for free!

SocialChamp is honestly value for money as an SMM tool, especially because you can bulk schedule up to 300 posts in one go. Saves so much time and effort, especially when you have to put out content every single day!

I guess the overall UI can be improved, as the graphics aren't of the best quality.

The RSS feed doesn't work the way I expected but I have found a way to work around that manually.

I was spending way too much time posting to social media accounts, then sharing the posts to other accounts. Now I can easily schedule them in one fell swoop. Huge timesaver!

It's very user-friendly able to add team members and approve content and does great reporting. Easy to see at a glance how different channels are performing and engage with followers easily.

I would love to see an app for mobile to help manage on the go. Also doing stories and reels would be helpful as these I currently have to do on the actual platforms.

I have used a few different programs in the past which all end up costing a fortune I found this cost-effective and had all the functions I require as an agency.

I haven't had any major problems at all, sometimes posts don't go through but you get a notification so you know and can fix it. The team have been friendly and helpful when I have dealt with them.

I love that I can create alt texts on my client's social media posts! This feature alone is big. I also like that I can save my hashtag groups and have my clients added as members to accept or change posts.

I don't like that it doesn't have hashtag ranking features. I feel like if you had this feature then you'd be the PERFECT software for social media managers and influencers.

I can handle my client's accounts with ease. I can also independently edit each social post going out that day. Social Champ has allowed me to lower my hard costs meaning more profits to reinvest in other areas of my business.

Previous Posting module, but now that have updated it with a very cleaner UI so it's a lot better now.

I like the ease of changing the content as per the social media platform. E.g. For the same post, I have to write a different caption on Twitter & Instagram, so I can simply edit it. Very easy to use!

What's not to like. It checks all the bases. From API compliant posting and scheduling to CSV uploads and recycling evergreen content -I'm so happy I found Social Champ!

RSS feeds do not have any notation of when they were last loaded so it's hard to keep track of you have used an entry in the past.

It's the best solution I have found to date. The CSV upload is fantastic! They are looking to add additional site specific options as well (IG 1st post, ect)

I have been able to streamline the bulk of my social media to 4 days per month (Monday).
