Support can take a long time to resolve an issue, which could be potentially impacting your business operations, We created a ticket and this was attended until 4 days after.

It is not easy to use, you need a lot of learning which you can not do easily online, but there are a lot of documentation and tutorials.

I highly recommend Snow because despite the high price, snow is a complete tool that helps to have a true CMDB in your organization. Additionally, the return on investment is incredible because software usage reports or licenses can help you better protect your budgets and save a lot of money.

The main Benefit is you can have record all of our software licensing and also monitoring utilization. Before snow, we had a mess regarding to our licenses, we did not know whow had licenses and also how many lisences we had available. Another adventange is you can use the discovery, it´s very good to know if your staff has software pirate.

One thing that I would like to see some improvement on is when implemented on an existing cmdb, it gets complicated with reconciliation and some issues with performance.

We have recently received approval from our client and started to work on Snow Commander, so we are taking time to explore its functionalities. We haven't had any bad experiences working on its platform. It ensures the allocation of specific software assets for any resource hosted in the cloud & helps understand its expenditures.

Snow Commander is a fully-automated platform suitable for our hybrid cloud resource management. It prevents all manual approval staging through its automation features & significantly minimizes provisioning duration.

It follows agentless discovery architecture, with no need to install any third-party tools to gain visibility about our cloud resources. Each resource is tagged with our custom definitions, making tracking its performance and expenses straightforward.

SAM inventory & asset invoice processing for each cloud account can be streamlined based on our client requirements. Analyzing their insight reports helps us to effectively decommission unused software assets deployed in our hybrid cloud infrastructure.

It's great provides me with an interface to manage diversity of software providers. In addition to presenting great flexibility in the software, it gives me the power to direct license information. It facilitates excellent monitoring and alerting when the license and contract expires. It should be noted, i can inquire if a software has been used and verify for the utilization review.

It would be ideal to improve the search generator, which presents data problems. It is a bit difficult for me, because I have had to perform manual configurations so that I can operate correctly, it would be good to be able to adjust this function and have good results and make job performance easier in my organization.

I wish they would provide a catalog item or content item on how to extract data for our customers that want to pull SnowMirror data.

It is very innovative and easy to understand.

It requires some SAM understanding and it requires some IT skills to maintain.
