We looked at many other solutions that cost far more and did not offer many more capabilities that were of interest. The team at Snitcher has been top-notch with implementation and support. The latest update reinforces that Snitcher is listening to their customers and evolving the software to be an upcoming industry leader.
The software is easy to use and with a stress-free implementation makes our daily use headacheless.

At this time there is nothing that we dislike about the software.
Snitcher allows us to see who is visiting our website and capture those visitors of interest with robust filtering to weed out the potential prospect that are not of interest.
Snitcher identifies much more website visitors than all other lead identification tools we have tried in the past. The dashboard is clean and very easy to navigate.
There re not a lot of native integrations.
Snitcher is helping us identify website visitors to improve our lead generation process.
I used Snitcher to improve our outbound processes by targeting companies visiting our websites. It's been incredibly helpful to narrow down the scope only to relevant companies, and set automations to push those to Slack, along with information on the journey on our website. We ended up with 50% of our outbound deals coming from this process.
Honestly I cannot think of much, I personally liked the UI but I think for high volume website (eg: more than 100k visits/month) it might have had some limits in the way companies where displayed. Anyway they have updated the interface since then so not a concern anymore.
It helped us with great insights by connecting it to GA, but mostly it helped us build great target lists for outbound as well as guiding us when it comes to reactivate conversations with deals from our pipeline.

absolutelty amazing in scope of accuracy and performance in identifying the visiting companies and their details etc.; addition: very intuitive dashboard; nice list creation + auto-set shortcuts to the lists; after integrations (easily integrated with any other software or platform) you can easily merge it into your marketing automation system and strategy
a bit pricey to begin with - but that is a matter of the size of organization (currently a small one); could allow to subscribe to lower plans - you would miss on some companies but you can show the mngmnt what is the performance (and believe me, they love to see exactly who visited your sites) :)
it helps me target our promo/marketing efforts on particular companies that might be interested in our b2b services; also, help reporting to the board/management; starting an ad campaign and then being able to exactly tell who was interested... priceless
