"Review from a Snaplogic developer"
What do you like best about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

It is very intuitive and easy to learn, also a very versatile tool. You can build whatever you want with the right snap packs, and imagination. It's a really good tool if you want to automatize the processs, schedule something or migrating big quantities of data. Also it is great working with the Snap Logic support group, once I've created a ticket and the attention was really good from their side, they really helped us to figurate what the problem was and how can we fix it.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

Sometimes the error doesn't tell you that much, you have to investigate on your own and try to do the same thing using diffrent methods and there is no good way to joing asynchornous sources of data. The suggestions of the snaps sometimes aren't that good, since I rarely ewnd using the suggested snap, and also I don't like the lose on information with the JSON splitter snap, most of the times you want to split the array but keeping as well the rest of the information, but the JSON splitter gets rid of that information just leaving you with the array.

Recommendations to others considering SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP):

Most of the time, become good with snap logic requires practice because it's a change of paradigm

What problems is SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've realized a lot of ETL and integration between systems and platforms, automating processs, teaching snaplogic to other team members. The benefit is that it can be straightforward to build and can handle a considerable amount of data.Antoher benefit is that it can be teached to anyone else and specially if they have a programming background

"Excelent but i needed more time"
What do you like best about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

the explanations in the videos were clear and very complete. It helped me a lot to start with simple examples, and then do more complicated tasks. It has examples and it is quite didactic.

What do you dislike about SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP)?

There were a couple of practice files that I couldn't open because the link was corrupted .

And at the end of the couse i had to view quickly the videos becauseI consider that it is a short time to see all the videos in detail, especially for someone who does not speak English natively like me and sometimes I had to watch a class several times to understand because of the language. I would like it to be 15 days longer instead of 30 days.

Recommendations to others considering SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP):

SnapLogic is a really easy - to - use ETL software, It can be integrated with almost any software in different ways and it has an university with leaning purpose and it is really good. I took 15 days to know lots of things with the videos inside there, and all practices. I hope they can show the videos in different languages, because i am not an english-speaker natively but i can understand everything.

What problems is SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Now I am in a data bases enterprice and SnapLogic is the most important ETL, so the courses helped me to know how i can send information by REST. thats the bigger problem thar SnapLogic solved , because it is so easy and didactic.

"totally recommended Snaplogic for all people who want their processes run better, faster and coolest"
What do you like best?

There are a lot of thing to like about the platform, but by example of this are all connections and endpoint you can use and possibilities to perform, the mapping so customizable you can do, easy to handle and monitor all data and processes, also you can store and send tons of data per second without more than one pipeline. Also the ultra pipelines which we are actually using are so useful to keep reading idocs from API or SAP by example, so the tool is so complete and big to be used

What do you dislike?

sometimes the nodes get down but nothing to be worry about because is more related with the procceses itself, other thing and is a security thing, the developers have no access to move pipelines thru environments and should be like a submit request inside the tool, because we need to ask to the admins to move our pipelines but by other side is great to have taht utility to have everything secure and separate with folders and limited to be used

Recommendations to others considering the product:

could be use to do all kind of integrations but consider plan your deveoplment at first because if you do mapping and then plan changes is too hard because of the flow

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Connections between SAP and other platform and tools mainly, integrations between some tools and APIs calling some endpoints connecting each one of them and then mapping new data and resend to that api/endpoint

"Great cloud based ETL tool"
What do you like best?

Ease of use

Built in snaps for most of the enterprise applications like, Salesforce, SQL Server, Workday etc.

Ability to write script for complex logic that can not be achieved through built in snaps

Ability to create own snaps

Ability to run pipelines on multiple nodes

What do you dislike?

Debugging is not easy. 50 record limit in validation many times not sufficient to validate and debug issues.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Snaplogic is an excellent cloud based ETL tool and has in build connectivity for most of the leading enterprise applications, making it very easy to establish integrations in no time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I integrated Salesforce, SQL Server and Smartsheet using Snaplogic. I read data from SQL Server, transform the data, apply some business logic to it and then load the data to Smartsheet.

Seamless integration between these three systems.
