SnapHRM is solving the problem of complications in different HR activities like payroll, leaves, tracking attendance etc and thus it is benefiting in a way that it makes easier and way faster to complete the task
We were using a different HRM solution at our company and recently we have moved to SnapHRM. I am writing this review because this software has made my life as an employee very easy. The software’s workflow is very simple and it makes every task like clocking in/our, applying leaves, payroll, expenses, etc fast as easy to do. Most important is that it has mobile application allowing you to do things on the move. Now I don’t have to call my HR if I have urgent work and cannot come to the office. I can just apply leave from the mobile app. I would highly recommend it to HR managers as it helps employees very much.
There isn't an option to undo a task done by mistake, for example, accidentally deleting a leave application.
SnapHRM helps me do my daily tasks like clock in/our, applying for leaves, managing expenses, etc. It saves a lot of time. I do not have to contact my HR or manager for very simple tasks.

Overall SnapHRM is very user friendly and good product specially for mid level organizations. It comes up with alot of functions like attandance management, Payroll managment,online leave record etc. But there is one thing they need to work on or i faced that is time tracking for employees as well so they check their time in and time out.
Time tracker and attendance predefine market holidays. Also, we can set goals for the quarter and annual performance, make the hierarchy of the teams and many more.
