As such there is no dislike about snapforce CRM but the support of customer service can be improved some times they miss the tickets or some times they just delay the calls.

SnapForce is a great and handy tool to track the conversation. If you are receiving a bunch of Email on daily basis from different people, Snapforce could help you sort out all the information neatly.

Snapforce does not have a field that allows users to put in multiple values. It would not become an issue unless you have a customer who belongs to multiple 'types', and you want to tag him/her in for filter purpose.
