We are able to leverage the eyes of all of our employees and contractors using Snapfix. It is a system which allows you to take a photo of a problem/issue and then assign that task to your appropriate colleague/contractor. It's fantastic in that it is very light and simple and can be used internally and externally in an organisation. I actually even use it with my family to assign the tasks of what jobs need to be done in our home! It also has recurring tasks which is brilliant to notify of maintenance due.

I would like the ability to hide some of the groups that I am part of.

It was really worth doing the trial because when we tried it with our team we noticed that it was more of a platform that allowed us to be versatile. We found a number of uses that we wouldn't have thought of if we didn't have our whole team on it.

User interface is easy to use and I found that the service saved me and my team loads and loads of time. I would recommend this to other companies in our industry.

The search functionality is sometimes difficult to use and software updates are an occasionally a source of confusion for me. However, these are minor dislikes.

We had used Snapfix as a task management platform for our team. We have realized more efficiency and better time allocation of our resources as a result of employing the software.
