What do you like best about SnapCall?
Snapcall adds to messaging solutions (ie Zendesk Messaging or Sunshine Conversations/Smooch.io) and enables live video and screensharing. They now support video analysis and summaries for quicker troubleshooting
What do you dislike about SnapCall?
Nothing yet. Its a great solution for brands that need to screenshare or support video in their CX processes.

We’ve been using SnapCall on our mobile…
We’ve been using SnapCall on our mobile app for quite some time now and the superior customer experience it provided has been highly evaluated by our clients. Never going back to an outdated way of doing phone support and just providing a phone number on our app!! It was so difficult and frustrating for our customers to reach out for help. The team is always reactive to answer our questions and support us if that is needed. Excellent product!

We have been using SnapCall for a…
We have been using SnapCall for a little while and it works awesome. It allows us to provide phone support access specifically to those to whom we want to give access. We use SnapCall with Zendesk and the integration works great. The team at SnapCall is also amazing to work with. They were incredibly helpful in getting everything set up and are always quick to respond. I highly recommend them.

A better way to serve customers via phone on Zendesk.
Snapcall is a double win for us as made easier for our customers to get in touch with us and it is now more efficient for our agent to help them, as all the information related to the user pop up together with the call. Our customers also love the fact that calls are free of charge ( VoiP calls ), no matter from where they are calling. It is also easier for us to gather data such as why customers call, when do they do that and at what time do they call the most. Thanks to their open API, we also had the chance to build our own call button from scratches, meaning we could define, build and improve the Phone Support Experience we wanted to give to our clients. Snapcall Team is also open to feedback to improve their services, which makes easier for us to introduce new functionalities and improvement on the phone support button. Recommended to all those companies who would like to manage in a better way the volume of calls, redefine their Customer Experience and gather in a better way phone call data.

Great application to schedule calls and talk real time to people in a fast way.
What do you like best about SnapCall?
SnapCall has great integrations with other VoIP applications such as Zendesk, and Intercom. Excellent and very easy to set up. It helps people stay connected while talking reliably in a straightforward but great path for communication.
What do you dislike about SnapCall?
The enterprise edition of this software can get a bit expensive depending on the number of users interested in using this solution. There is no screen sharing for the individual account so get ready to upgrade to the next level if you are an IT company facing clients daily.
What problems is SnapCall solving and how is that benefiting you?
SpanCall helps my team get connected and interact speedily. With more than +200 integrations, SnapCall allows my team work together even though we are all remote. It helps generate culture and unblocking from issues in a fast way.
