Snap Surveys is easy to learn and use. There is a wide variety of question types to choose from and switching between them is a breeze. Data exports directly into SQL server make the program beneficial from start to finish.
Limited user types on Webhost; It would help if some users could see respondents without having the capabilities of accessing data or changing the availability of the survey.
We use Snap Surveys to collect health research data for clinical trials. We have much more control over what our surveys look like, which is excellent for participant-facing surveys. The time we save creating new tables in SQL and automatically downloading and transferring data to our servers provides time for us to focus on other areas of our job.
PROS: What I really like about SnapSurveys is the fact that everything is in one place. Within the software I am allowed to create and set-up my questionnaire, then link it to the customer database so I can host it on a server and finally send out invites and reminders to all non-respondents. I love that the summary report with charts are created automatically. The other great thing about the software is that it works on all devices (mobile, tablet and pc’s). Questionnaires are customizable, there is an option for adding sliders, semantic scales, even client logos and branding. The software offers best practice functions like an ability for randomizing codes and routing, and this is great because you can ask questions that are relevant to respondents.
CONS: I cannot say whether it’s dislike or like. It has so much functionalities. If you want to use the software to its fullest then you’re going to need help from their support team, but don’t worry they are very helpful and friendly, they are going to help you with the e-learning process and help-sheets.

Many of the reviews on Snap's Trustpilot page are slagging off another company that uses Snap software.
If Trustpilot were doing an ADEQUATE job, they'd dismiss ALL the reviews that were incorrectly lowering Snap's Rating because the reviewer was rating a different company !!
Personally, I think Snap (and lots of other companies) should sue Trustpilot for misrepresentation !!!
