Great features at a great price point.
I've been using SMPT2Go as our company's SMTP service for several years, and I am a very satisfied customer.

First, their service just works. If there's an outage, it's brief and there is always good communication throughout the event.

Second, the breadth of features they offer at the price point cannot be beat.

Lastly, any time I've needed to contact support, they've been very responsive, own the problem (if it's theirs), and work swiftly towards a solution.

I am new to this type of service, and before I used smtp2go I tried 3 providers and I failed in sending one single email. With smtp2go I was able to send my first email in just 5 minutes. Does what it says very well
We have used SMTP2GO for 5 years now, and the service has been 1st class.

Can't remember having any downtime, we route about 100,000 emails per month through the service which are all transactional emails not unsolicited marketing emails so it is essential that they are delivered.

SMTP2GO are proactive with their support and if they notice any issues they contact us so we can take any needed corrective action.

No hesitation in recommending this service for bulk email delivery.

SMTP2GO seems to have very responsive…
SMTP2GO seems to have very responsive support people. As a client we can get instant attention via the chat thing in the corner of the website, and we can reply to any email they send us and those replies are answered within a reasonable time frame too. It's good to be able to get quick answers to questions and resolve issues within no more than a few hours. We have only been a paying client with them for a month but so far - quite good! We have used the email and chat support, so far there has been no need to use the phone support, so I'm not sure about that. Their system in general is fairly easy to use, configure and understand, quite well designed in my opinion.

Great service and excellent interface
I migrated from a competitor and I just want to say: what a difference! Great service and excellent interface - quick, readable and super easy to use. It's very secure and although the initial setup might seem daunting, it's very intuitive and well guided. WordPress integration is excellent and I use it as a smarthost for all my mail services.
