After 35 yrs. in the commercial hosting business, I must give smtp.com credit for support. They try really hard.

Switched to cPanel compute engine years ago.
Google blocks mail ports and you must use a 3rd party provider to deliver mail or build your own mail server somewhere else and connect with api ect.

Have time critical time sensitive mail delivery demands. Not a single bulk mail provider has acceptable mail delivery. Due to snow-shoe reputations.

Yes 3rd party delivery barely works and is not reliable. I strongly advise forgetting cPanel mail and have your clients use Google Workspace or Microsoft Protection Outlook.

Have lost tons of clients over 3rd party mail delivery.
What can you do? Sue them! not...

What do you like best about SMTP.com?

They have quite an aggressive sales team but the level of support and expertise they have is amazing.

We had deliverability issues with sparkpost before and they just shut down our account and with smtp folks we were able to quickly setup everything and have good results so far.

What do you dislike about SMTP.com?

aggressive sales team,

No interface to manage email campaigns

SMTPGET is one of the best team ,im working with them . they have best way to send mass emails without getting blocked. I really appreciate the hard work of SMTP get team . they give 100% and dedication in services . customer support is available 24/7. As a client since 2020 Im able to test their software with ease of navigation. Throughout my journey in testing phase, the customer service was very helpful. When we finally deal with the end customer , we had ZERO PROBLEMS. You can build your own smtp email server and send unlimited emails. I am so happy to say this that i have chosen SMTPGET and I hope they deserve this appreciation.

What do you like best about SMTP.com?

It has actually served us well and created us a minimum of 50% of our brand-new company. I send out just 5000 e-mails every 2 weeks, usually without mistake. With every SMTP provider there will be some concerns, it's how you solve them, the support was spot on every time

What do you dislike about SMTP.com?

The only cons I would point out is that the UI has to include some little functions, like password reset for extra accounts

there is nothing I dislike about SMTP. it is a great product in my opinion.

when using SMTP, you will get everything you need to set up a mailing system to your employees. the product is so easy to use and it has benefited our company by letting us email their pay stubs instead of having to print 100's of paper stubs.
