This is capable of integration with a lot of apps so it makes our jobs easier with integrating it with the different apps that we use. The setup of said integrations is easy to do and takes little effort.
It is hard to connect with a customer service representative when needed over a phone call. Nonetheless, they are able to be reached through email and replies in a timely manner.

webhooks are kind of hard to create and add into workflows. i dont like that we have to create a seperate webhook for each sender id
