I like how tasks are displayed for everyone to view. It really holds my team accountable when everyone has complete visibility to each other's tasks. Automated check-ins are great too. I can schedule a notification to hit my team members to log and update their tasks.

Not much to dislike honestly. I think this is a great product if you don't have Microsoft 365, or if you're working with a third-party that doesn't have it. But the thing you'd miss is the reporting. This is a very simple platform, but if you're trying to manage a project just with this, it isn't going to work well. It's great for tasks and getting things done.

If you're having a problem with people forgetting their tasks, or just plain under performing, take a look at SmartTask. It makes the life of a PM much easier. It's super easy to use, and you won't get a lot of complaints from your users. The reporting is also great for management and project sponsors. It gives everyone more of a picture where the project is at, and what needs to be completed.

We needed full visibility with my team on tasks. This has saved about 10 minutes from my daily standups. Instead of reporting on tasks, we all review SmartTask prior to our meeting, and then we can ask questions if we have any. It saves time, and makes everyone accountable for their work. Great tool for a project manager.

SmartTask improved my productivity, Team management, and work management. I am very happy with the entire team of SmartTask. To be honest, Smarttask is really a tool that leads us to hire more people and to scale our digital products with seamless customer support and task management internally with all the employees across multiple departments. So I would say for a team size like us, it's a quite useful productivity tool.

The app needs to be slightly more functional.

Priorly we have to manage google Sheets and excel sheets on a daily basis which becomes difficult over a period of time, and now those tasks can be easily managed from Smarttask.

The Best thing I like about smarttask is their features where we can integrate all our vendors, sales teams, project teams all at one place. Another good part is that we can make a cross connections between different projects. Their support is great and you can grab them for a quick call to sort your issue anytime. Recently had a chat with Dipali and she sorted out the issue in no time. Love this Saas. big time saver for busy agencies.

Nothin as such but would prefer for them to add more integrations down the line. But hey, Pabbly and Zapier can do the same too when connected with Smarttask.

It just helps to solve all our task management needs and put team together for any project discussions.

A ton of features, great onboarding support from their customer service! A very intuitive tool for entrepreneurs running multiple projects and to keep all of them in check.

Mobile app still has some way to go compared to some of the other competitors but I use it mostly on desktop so it's not a major negative for me.

Helping me stay on top of projects, especially helpful for recurring tasks that we have to do for our clients. Overall helps our team become more productive and saves time (and of course costs).

Smarttask was very useful for us as we handle multiple short-duration projects with a lot of tasks assigned to a number of staff/contractor.

It is straightforward to navigate and organize tasks. The features like advanced search helped me get all relevant data in one place instead of going and searching all over the tool. It saves a lot of time and money. Very easy to use, and all the people working in SmartTask are very cooperative.
