Perfect for my MBA research!

Perfect for my MBA research!
I looked at several survey providers, and even trialled some. SmartSurvey was by far the best option, easy to use with all the tools to create and analyse the survey responses. I had a few questions after starting to use SmartSurvey, the support team were amazing! Thank you.

I've used SmartSurvey for my PhD…

I've used SmartSurvey for my PhD research and work based feedback, I like the opportunity to create charts straight from the data for quick analysis, the opportunity to analyse text and that I can export to spss. Overall it's a really good bit of software for what I'm using it for.

Great for students

Survey responses are well laid out and organised for you to view all the results together. The data analysis function are a great addition which I was not expecting. For example it can pull out words that are commonly used in responses and tell you the number of times these key words were used. For a student smart survey is great

Excellent Demo

My demo with Danielle Ford was excellent, I came away with a really good understanding of the product. She was very thorough and showed a good understanding of our business requirements by asking the right the questions and informing me of features that would be beneficial for our needs.

"Great Survey Site, just one suggestion for improvement"

What do you like best about SmartSurvey?

I like that you can get a free account and can still get good detailed information in Word. My one suggestion for improvement is if you can set a limit on the number of responses. The free account only allows 100 responses per month, so if you can set that limit ahead of time, it would make it so if they are not in the first 100 that participants do not waste their time.

What do you dislike about SmartSurvey?

I like the product, but I wish there were more types of stage pricing, like 250 responses cost. My one suggestion for improvement is if you can set a limit on the number of responses. What problems is SmartSurvey solving and how is that benefiting you?

It complies data well to be able to determine process improvements for the groups we serve. The information is laid out well but it would be nice to see what the excel version looks like if you upgaded.

What do you like best about SmartSurvey?

Very simple interface - particularly easy to use for non-technical staff.

What do you dislike about SmartSurvey?

I'd like some more flexibility in terms of the structure of downloads. Difficult I realise, but often would be good to be able to import into databases for further analysis

What problems is SmartSurvey solving and how is that benefiting you?

The need to obtain the views of NHS staff on a number of issues - for me, this is usually management-related / strategic rather than patient focussed
