There are many features of smartsheets that I like, but one of it's best features is how you can set up certain notifications depending on your needs. For instance, one of the forms I created, I was able to set up where an approver can approve and edit the account that needs to be charge for the order. This I cannot do in google sheets. It's also very easy to create a spreadsheet that I can collaborate with multiple people. The only downside that I can think of is, if you are a new user, there is no linked training classes or any classes that I can find if I wanted to really be an expert. Almost everything that I've learned so far, I had to look for in the website for videos (which are pretty cool and very in depth); or google certain questions. It would be great if there are classes that can be offered if one wants to sign up and even pay for to be trained properly.

Sometimes, it's very slow to load. That's the only thing I can think of.

Before using smartsheet, I used google sheets a lot and google forms. I found that smartsheet is better in tracking data where I have to collaborate with multiple staff. It's also very smart when we need to share such data with individual only after a given timeframe. In regards to forms. The forms can be created in a more sophisticated way compare to google forms.

Smartsheet enables our team to collaborate seamlessly by allowing us to make notes, track progress, and stay aligned on tasks. The intuitive interface makes it easy to use, and the powerful filters help us quickly find the information we need. It’s an invaluable tool for staying organized and in sync. We are able to create a dashboard that we review every week and keep up to date on the daily!

I am still new to Smartsheet, but you always have to be online and it takes getting used to some of the features after using excel and google docs for so long.

Smartsheet provides a centralized location for our offices to store all essential information, making it easy to organize and share. Its dashboard feature allows us to seamlessly compile and review key data together, improving collaboration and efficiency.

We use Smartsheet for credentialing our team. It keeps a record of all the team members and we love the logic options. Also, any product enhancements from customers we have our CSRs complete a form for easy submission and tracking.

Sometime lines get overwritten if people are busy on the same line and not saving or refreshing the sheet.

The sheet is live and this helps with collaboration. Smartsheet is easy to navigate.

Throughout my career, I often get compliments on how organized I am. I contribute this almost entirely to Smartsheet. I use the program daily to track action items, save important files to the action items and be an ongoing reference for issues that occurred during the lifetime of the construction projects. I also find the program extremely intuitive and can easily get new teams on board and familiar with the features and capabilities. I have had less computer literate employees able to update action items and create simple schedules and have had other employees accel with creating dashboards, reports and PowerBi integration. I am at the point where I find it difficult to function without the program, I recommend it to all and feel it is an easy and efficient program for project management and many other disciplines.

The only downside to Smartsheet is the cost. My previous company eliminated it as a program we could use as a result of this. I convinced my new company to buy a small license for the first year, but am unable to get it renewed going forward.

Live schedules and action item lists. Also, saving files associated with particular action items. Having the ability to save files to a specific line item is amazing, I am not aware of another software capable of this.

The best feature is the ability to collaborate with the project team. We can spin up project plan in no time with all the templates.

Probably not so much a dislike, but it would be great to be able to collaborate with team members on making updates reflected directly without the need to refresh the page.

We are also using Smartsheet for the resource management which helps the business to identify the resourcing needs.

smartsheets is making our project managers oversee their jobs, budgets, accountability and hours more easily
