Ease of use and ease of navigation around the complex avenues ("for lack of a better term") of a transaction; customer support is exceptional; software team is on top of adapting to the changes and needs of our company as well as the changes and needs precipitated by the changing times....
Absolutely nothing - customer support does not allow any problems to occur - so any issues or roadblocks are immediately, and I mean, IMMEDIATELY - fixed..... Hence, there are absolutely no complaints even to guess, create or anything - it's is just not possible - again, everything gets fixed before anything, everything can even have the chance to become a problem.....

The program is very easy to use while encompassing all aspects of requirements to make life more organized and efficient. Additionally I have never worked with a more pleasant and helpful staff in all my years. Accommodating and the willingness to assist.
That I never was introduced to SmartServ earlier
I highly recommend anyone and everyone to use the SmartServ platform. It is efficient, easy to use, puts all your data and requirements in one handy area while tracking hours, estimates, invoices and syncing with accounting. It has saved me thousands of dollars a month from using old antiquated methods.
Scheduling is much better. Hour tracking for Payroll, database of entire customers can be accessed by staff with authorization without having to go pull papers from a file cabinet, quoting and estimating is easier but additionally tracks any and all previous work and quotes provided. Basically it has taken what would have taken 2-3 full time people running around doing manual tasks and put it in one place for all to see. VERY EFFICIENT!
The learning curve has been minimal, and it is packed with useful features. SmartServ is constantly evolving, and eagerly request feedback for improvements. The availability for free support/training has been excellent.
I wish our schedule could sink with our google calendar.
Don’t procrastinate, just get it in your employees hands, and roll with it.
We are becoming more efficient in the field, and getting our customers invoices/estimates out faster. We are also eliminating paper, and have all customer information and transactions readily available.

#1 pro has to be the customer service. I have emailed with issues and had a call back in less then 5 minutes a couple different times. That is priceless.
Working with them has been easy and the communication is great. In fact I just sent an email to my contact and had a response in the last 5 minutes. It's 8pm!!
The only real issue I have had is there is a language barrier. This has caused me to have to ask reps to repeat themselves numerous times but they have grace
As a small business I definitely recommend giving SmartServ a shot. The value here is awesome. I demoed numerous systems and this one checked more boxes on my list then any other and was more affordable over the next few yrs then most of the competition.
I have been using SmartServ for two months now and it is greatly improving my ability to track Service tickets and differentiate between service and install and the other facets of my business. I would suggest SmartServ to other small businesses as they have been great to work with thus for.
It has got a good and clean interface which allows to navigate through the available options along with integration to other platforms. Also, the customer support is very responsive in answering the qeuries within the defined SLA's. Implementation is not time consuming at all.
Not that I can recollect at top of my head but a 24*7 human support on customer service should be helpful. I mean talking to a human at any time is better. But, the available window that they have is also sufficient.
Elimination of lot of manual tasks and digitalizing them has been the biggest benefit. Also, the customer invoices/tracking has become faster and also there is no need to keep a huge stack of papers on the desk.

The layout of the invoices; also wish that it would show on screen that the customer is a Service Maintenance Agreement customer - it shows the ! however it would be nice if when pulling up the customer they would be a different color for the different plans - this will help us to know immediately that they are a maintenance customer, as well as the technicians in the field.
I feel that it is very user friendly. The support has been awesome. Anytime we've had an issue, question, concern, etc. they have been right there to assist us whether it be a phone call, email, or a screen sharing session. Yaashi Jain has been our go to person, and she has been wonderful! She is very helpful and is great to work with.
We are working to revise the layout of the invoice. We had some syncing issues in the beginning with SmartServ and QuickBooks, and we have worked those all out. They are constantly updating and improving the program. SmartServ always takes our suggestions into consideration as well!
Keeps records of past jobs. Can reference what was all completed during previous jobs. Can also see the numbers that were saved on checklists on the equipment that was serviced.
Lots of updates and changes. Layouts will change with most updates. System does not work well at all when not in cell/internet coverage. Lots of loading time as well.
Not recommended to those who dont have consistant internet. Recommend checking all available applications on the market first.
Consistent servicing and past history. No longer need to reference old paperwork.
