Pros:

- Calendar integration for candidates to self-schedule themselves onto the interviewer's calendar

- User friendly

- Posts on all job boards and gives the option to add on niche specific job boards

- Customer Service

- Great implementation sessions when first setting things up

- The ability to use the app on your phone

Cons:

- Sometimes difficult to find where things are in the settings

- Screening questions could be a little easier to manage

- Have to start a new email chain every time you message someone through their candidate profile

I have saved a lot of hours by using SmartRecruiters vs. what I was doing before (manual data entry).

Very user-friendly recruiting platform. Super easy to post jobs and manage the job posting throughout the entire application process. Saves a lot of time from emailing back and forth with candidates and internally. Also great analytical reports that you can easily generate.

Sometimes it isn't the easiest to bulk download CV's from candidates for a particular position. I've brought it to the attention of the Smart Recruiters team, and I think they're working on implementing a module to make this easier, though.

although there are partner and integrations with partner to prode the functionality, it would be nice for Smart Recruiters to develop some the features like Video Interviews, integrates only with DocuSign no other Esinatures are supported.

While SmartRecruiters integrates with several platforms, enhancing its compatibility with a broader range of HR and productivity tools would offer users more flexibility in their workflows.

With our old ATS, we were juggling multiple job openings and candidates across various platforms led to a fragmented and chaotic recruitment process. However, SmartRecruiters consolidated all candidate data into a centralized hub, simplifying candidate tracking, and allowing us to manage multiple applications effortlessly. This cohesive approach has notably minimized confusion and enabled more effective candidate management.
