I really don't have any complaints about smartreach, it does what I want it to do and it does it well.

After trialling a wide range of different mailer software, I eventually came across SmartReach and you just can't beat the open rates! My campaigns usually have a 35-70% open rate, which is fantastic. The support is also excellent, if I ever have questions or problems someone always comes back to me straight away with a helpful response.

The only improvement I would make is when reviewing reports you can move the columns around so that the category you need is at the beginning, eg email opens. However, when you next go onto the campaign it bounces back to where it originally came from. It would be helpful if everything stayed where I placed it. But this is minor and not an issue at all, just a slight inconvenience.

We send email marketing in order to generate sales. Previously, we struggled with low open rates which is the first hurdle in order to generate more business. Smart Reach always leaves me with high open rates.

Very easy to use and they have excellent customer support.

Sometimes campaigns are flagged for Spam if too many emails bounceback but its to ensure the platforms integrity.

It makes sending large campaigns enjoyable and is the best for tracking engagement.

I find SmartReach very easy to use. It does a great job of getting my email marketing out to prospects.

SmartReach connects to my O365 and sends dozens of emails per day for me. Load it up and let it go to work.

If you want to get fast answers to your questions and excellent mailing, you're definitely not going to these guys... No problems were found, only pluses recommend it.

I had a big problem with my signature, after which we called support, and even though it was already deep into the night, he was able to help me and give me a decent result.

Helping us with email tracking

Everything. Great delivery rate, on first campaign open rate over 63% and still was not sent follow-ups, just on first "cold" contact is over 63% and still growing. Impressive analytics. You know pretty well how a campaign is working, an excellent overview of prospects and what happens with them... Before, I used Freshsales CRM - great CRM, but this solution is better in this way.

Nothing special, everything is working correctly, support nice... Maybe just during the weekend is support, not online, but only that I dislike.
