Pricing, i believe the pricing is very competitve for the GBs offered but i still believe it should be a few $$'s less

I work in Digital Marketing, so i often have to find rankings for my pages in different states often and SmartProxy's across US state wise selection coverage makes it super easy for me.

Customer Support is pretty fast to answer + this service has proved to be more reliable than my last proxy provider.

I have not disliked any part of the service since signing up around 1 year ago.

The ability to crawl websites for public data used in support of our products

Having very little tech experience, I new what I needed, but no clue if it existed, in what form, or where to begin my search.. After reading several reviews as well as SmartProxy's online tuturials, particularly the Youtube videos which were short, to the point and easy to follow. I felt confifent they'd lead me through the unchartered waters. I was right. Much easier than I would have ever thought. Very appreciative.

I have no dislikes at this point, I don't anticipate I will.

It's vital that I'm able to create multiple ad accounts from the same machine... done.

We have tried several proxy providers. After having used Smartproxy for over 18 months, we remain very pleased. The customer support team deserves high commendation for its very swift responses. We almost never had to wait for more than a minute to get ahold of support. Exceptional!

There were odd instances of service outages. We would have loved a 99.9% uptime (or greater), but I guess that may be too much to ask for.

Anonymizing traffic and privacy

The UI is extremely easy to use. I'm brand new to using proxies and this made it dead simple, not to mention the pricing was wonderfully inexpensive realtive to other companies.

There really isn't anything I disliked about SmartProxy, I just didn't have a terribly large amount of use cases for their product, but I will always be a customer.

I am attempting to manage multiple logins from multiple places and combining SmartProxy with a multi-login tool has been a great solution that is lightweight, inexpensive, and easy to use.

A more flexible credit usage policy, perhaps with a rollover of unused credits, would greatly enhance the user experience and alleviate the pressure to 'use it or lose it' each month.

Smartproxy has proven to be an invaluable tool in addressing the crucial challenge of data gathering in my work. The primary problem it solves is the accessibility and extraction of data from various online sources without facing the common hurdles of geo-restrictions, IP blocks, or captchas.
