What I liked best about Smart Mailer is how easy it is to use. I also liked the the layout of their website they have live right now. Pricing is very decent as well, and the program helped me stay organized with my mailings. Also, the 24/7 support is amazing. I love that you can pay annually or monthly as well.
I do not have any dislikes at this moment. I used it for a short amount of time only.
