I like that I am able to use this to punch in and out, see my time card, how much time I have in pro, and all of my paychecks. It is so convenient to see everything in one place.

I dislike that I need to pretend to take time off to actually see how much pot I have accrued. It would be easier if that was shown somewhere instead.

This is an app and a website so employees can use both.

This benefits us because we have everything in one place. No need going to different programs or apps. It’s nice to be able to punch in and out using this as well instead of using a machine or writing it down.

I like the scheduling and attendance aspect. It really helps with payroll and keeping things compliant. It helps put eliminate overtime and helps us stay compliant.

I don't know if I have run into anything yet that I dislike

it IS a company with lots of growth potential, the people have made it that much more. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and willing to assist in any way they can.

Not as user friendly as they said it would be

It is a great product but sometimes it is very hard to run adhoc and OT reports. I like in the older version how it had the quarterly and monthly OT amounts that could be adjusted by the date. Now, I have to run adhoc reports but I don' how to configure the formulas and filters. I wish smartlinx 6 was as clear as the old version.

Ad-Hoc reports are hard to run and figure out.

Real Time Data and Time and Attendance Management.

Really meant for individuals with more experience.

I have used to sort out options in a job portal .i have written a code to select one resource from 100 of resources

the new warnings to show who is approaching overtime and overage of hours is nice, but the set up feels clunky and not so easy to navigate

no colorblind mood for those who have issues

i'm the back up to the main scheduler, so i haven't had to try and solve any issues yet.

Cloud based program allows for easy access by all users and streamlined and efficient workflow.

There are many bugs with the new platform and they are having a hard time configuring some aspects of our pay and accrual policies.

The system has helped us with our scheduling in many ways. It allows for our supervisors to clearly view PTO information and avoid authorizing too many vacations within a department at once. Management is able to input labor budgets and produce variance reports to indicate whether the actual labor is close to the budgeted hours. Overall, our internal controls are stronger with this product.
