What do you like best about SmartKarrot CS?

My experience with SmartKarrot, from when I sat down for a product demo until now, has been excellent! The product is very user-friendly and is filled with many features that companies, especially in the B2B SaaS industry, can use to enhance Customer Success! From what I have used so far, Product Console and Success Plays are my favorite features, and I can't wait to explore more features. I feel that the folks at SmartKarrot are not just selling a top-quality product but are keen on helping their customers drive value from it (Quite the Win-Win strategy!). The team members I worked with were highly competent, understood the nitty gritty of the gaps in CS Operations in my organization and provided proper consultation on how to use the product to address those gaps. We have just completed onboarding the product and are excited to use it to its total capacity.

What do you dislike about SmartKarrot CS?

Nothing. I was first of the opinion that the cost of the product is a little high, but three months into working with the team, I understand why. One is not just paying for the product but also for top-class service.

What problems is SmartKarrot CS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing Customer Data, especially renewals.

Tracking Product Adoption to understand how our customers are using the product and if they can realize the intended value.

I liked the ease with which the entire customer success journey was established on SmartKarrot platform. It helped us map the onboarding journey as well as retention journey.

The frequent updates to platform without informing us beforehand caused some inconvenience.

What do you like best about SmartKarrot CS?

What we were looking for was excellent insights of what our customer was doing in our platform. Have event-driven notification that could improve platform usages. The platform helps in capturing and tracking events, personalized communication with the targeted audience through multiple channels and monitor customer health scores.

With the comprehensive nature of the platform comes the intrinsic complexity of using it. Though the platform helps in capturing and tracking events, personalized communication with the targeted audience through multiple channels and monitor customer health score.

What do you like best about SmartKarrot CS?

SmartKarrot has many enterprise customer success management tools at one place - for user behavior, segmentation, actions based on user demographics and behavior, user engagement, surveys, and quick interfaces to other tools like Freshdesk and Slack.

We don't have to integrate SDKs from several vendors - and constantly have to keep all of them updated and working.

A quick engagement score gives us the level of user engagement for our products.

SmartKarrot CS is built for SaaS products. A deep multi-level functionality, provides granular data on our enterprise customers and their own customers. The engagement score drills down to separate scores for each of our enterprise product customers - which is a big benefit.

What do you dislike about SmartKarrot CS?

SmartKarrot now interfaces with Freshdesk and Slack. We are looking for some more, especially Asana and maybe Hubspot. New integrations are promised in the coming weeks.

Recommendations to others considering SmartKarrot CS:

SmartKarrot CS has a lot of features. You could start using them gradually one by one. The company is a young startup, and is very responsive. Do not hesitate to reach out to them.

What problems is SmartKarrot CS solving and how is that benefiting you?

For business users, SmartKarrot can use our user demographics and behavior to drive multiple touch points with our users under one single roof. The multi-level functionality is very useful in SaaS products.

On the technology side, we can get away with a single integration point and not work with several different solutions.
