Templates not being editable or customizable

I can draw along with my professor as we work on projects.

Easy to use. A lot of different other applications to choose from as well.

Sometimes when I'm working on a drawing it will boot me out of it and say someone else is in the drawing and it doesn't seem like there actually is.

We use to draw our blue prints on pen and paper and our smartdraw documents look clean and more professional.

I find Smartdraw to be very user friendly with most users able to just step in and begin diagramming with little learning curve. The featureset is excellent and rivals the other big players. So far we have found their customer support to be excellent, having helped us to make the implementation easy and integration into our tech stack very straight forward.

We went from having a subset of our users using our old diagramming tool to saving over 50% while expanding to a site license so anyone in our organization can use it now. You can't beat that.

Really not much to dislike about Smatdraw. I am finding that there are no real moments of "I wish it could do...." so far as I think of anything I could reasonably ask of, it is supported in Smartdraw with a robus template library.

This is helping us to document our environment both physical and logical in a quick and easy way.

There is not alot to complain about here.

As a growing company, SmartDraw is assisting us with CAD designs.

We use this product as a team, we are able to have our own stencile library that our company uses vs premade ones. We are able to draw 10 projects a day and submit them for permit in the construction field. As a bonus this product can also do extra stuff like layouts for our home show booths and more. We are likely lifelong users of smartdraw

The stenciles could likely be better, takes a little time to get use to the system but thats nitpicky (its easier than most)

SmartDraw is able to effectively draw anything, this is the jack of all trades software and our company is so unique nothing off the shelf can really do what we need it to - until smartdraw, we are now able to use this software to draw construction projects to scale in mass. We are extremely pleased with the software.

It's so easy to use, very comprehensive. Since I started using it, my wired plan is much more complete!

They have been great through the whole transition process. We have been doing hand drawn plans for years. This program made it so much more efficiant and cleaner. The customer service has been great always answering our questions.

Have not really found anything yet. It has been great.

There has been no problems for them to solve.
