That its connected to both Aribnb and VRBO and Booking if you use them
VRBO seems to be disconnected often. Not a lot, but more then ayou would epect. That could be a VRBO thing.

Hospitable is very simple to use to monitor and automate communications with guests across platforms. Automating messages to guests is a great way to show your guests you are trying to provide 5 star stays. The addition of Schlage lock integrations seals Hospitable as my favorite.
Reporting is lackluster, but a simple excel sheet fixes that with lookups to their export file. Hospitable should really publish a wrapper / template file to import their feed file into and they could be on par with ownerRez reporting.
For some reason pricelabs + hospitable to VrBO pricing integration no longer works, but you can make a subordinate pricelabs listing ($1 a month) to sync prices directly to VrBO to work around this.
Come on in, the water is fine. If you want, you can run Hospitable on top of another PMS that is API connected like I did at first, but then hospitable worked so well I just use them now.
Hosptiable solved cross platform communications for me, and cross platform booking calendars for myself and the cleaners. Automated messaging also frees up alot of time and effort and with Hospitibale the guest communications seem easy.
Hospitible is working out a few bugs with the door lock integration and so that has been going better (new feature within the last few months, so it wasn't going to be perfect).
Support is pretty great with Hospitable as well; support responds quickly and usually with a quick fix or how to.
Setting up listings and integreating tools is as easy as it can be. Once everything is set up, Hospitable basically handles everything.
One feature that I do miss from my previous PMS is expense tracking. It is really helpfull to have income and expenses and the hability to send statements to clients in the same software.
Guest communication and team notifications save lots of time.
I like the straightforward UI and the functionalities given e. g. the message automation and the APIs to useful tools. Also I like that turno is for free inclueded in the hospitable subscription.
We also use the direct website, which looks nice and is really easy to setup.
Also the integration of Airbnb and VRBO is super easy to handle.
Also I really like the support. Helped me really fast in every matter and in a very friendly way.
I use Hospitable almost daily for improvements of the business while the software communicates with our guests.
Challenging is the booking.com integration. I needed the support team to get everthing in. Also the managing of the properties e. g. the data providing for the direct website ou of Airbnb is sometimes not accurate. But overall its a great software for STR!

The ability to integrate multiple devices, services to all be managed on one platform for our STR property. The platform is easy to use and quick to setup, with many features built in to effectively manage our property.
Sometimes the inquiries or messages do not show up right away when using the hospitable app for myself or my partner/co-host. But after closing the app and re-opening it, new messages usually populate.
Getting in touch with potential guests quickly for fast automatic responses or canned messages. Providing a place for all our devices at the property to be controlled by one platform.

The changes in the direct booking is very confusing and I am using another option outside of Hospitable. Also, the integration with VRBO and constant disconncected accounts, but I am not sure if that is because VRBO interfacing is horrible or if it is on the hospitable side.

Hospitable helps provide excellent service to my guests, and they have a wonderful customer service team as well
Their App is a little slow and clunky. Airbnb has a much faster and smooth interface, but hospitable features are better

Hospitable's support is the best and the implmentation is was wasy! WE USE IT EVERY DAY AND COULD NOT RUN OUR BUSINESS WITHOUT IT! I love hte willingness for new features like calendar functions and smart locks. Then the integration with other tools are great too.

Hospitable has made my life so much easier as an STR host! I especially like the intergration of AI in the messaging system. Another great intergration is with my Schlage lock. I no longer have to send guests their codes for my door lock or set access times. I reccomend Hospitable as a Channel Manager to anyone that asks me about which Channel Manager to use.
I haven't found a downside yet to Hospitable. They are very innovative and always adding new things.
They save me time responding to guests by using AI intergration. I no longer have to write out responses for the most part. Generally the AI responses are spot on. The most time saving feature is the automation with my Schlage lock. I no longer have to remember to send door codes!

I only wish that when the messages in my inboxes are seen/handled through the OTAs that they would show up as "resolved" on the Hospitable site/app.
