What do you like best about SlickText?

Easy to pull up older campaigns and copy them.

I haven't found anything that I don't like about the service.

Slick Text allows me to reach my customers and staff for quick messages and alert people to changes and updates immediately.

What do you like best about SlickText?

The quick customer service has been extremely helpful since we started using SlickText. We also enjoy all the video demos that are available to learn!

What do you dislike about SlickText?

We have not had anything that we dislike!

What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use SlickText for marketing...it's a quick way for people to opt-in to learn more about us and then we can continue communicating with them to generate leads

I can download a list of numbers and send my message out fast.

Only 160 characters..I constantly have to re phrase my message

We use it as a form of comunication with our employees throughout Oklahoma as not everyone has a complany email.

The ease of use to reach so many customers at one time. The chat help is great, too!

What do you dislike about SlickText?

You can not merge contact lists on your phone, it has to be on a computer.

Solving the problem of broadcasting our weekly events to a lot of customers! The benefit has been that those customers share with their friends!

This is the easiest program to use I've found in a long time and the customer support is wonderful! If I can use this program anyone can!

My number has been rejected and its getting slightly annyoing and I need help but the hours are not 24/7 for the help line.

What do you like best about SlickText?

Immediate marketing and easy to use dashboard. Love that you can use emojis and more words with the use of graphics.

What do you dislike about SlickText?

That it takes so long to register your number that you can't even use your account until after the trial period is over.

"GREAT UPGRADE!!"

What do you like best about SlickText?

We were usng a sysyem provided by our credit card processor and it was AWFUL! This system is loaded with features that allow us market effectively.

What do you dislike about SlickText?

The allotment of messages could be higher for each package.

Timely connections to our customers for specials and menu announcements.
