"Great for student management"

What do you like best about Skyward Student Management Suite?

I love how easy it is to search students and see a holisitic view of their performance and progress. It is also easy to switch from teacher to admin view to understand data.

What do you dislike about Skyward Student Management Suite?

Skyward can be cumbersome at times. For example, you have to click through a ton of screens to fix errors, which sometimes results in errors at the individual user level

I would recommend really thinking through how to set up Skyward to prevent issues during year 1 of integration.

We wanted to integrate data across our district and see all data in one place--assessment, demographics, grades, and transcripts. It has made it easier to manage student data.

Skyward keeps all information in one place

PROS: When it comes to gathering and keeping data, Skyward meets all my needs. I can easily build reports, I can gather the data and sort it the way I want. One of the greatest things about Skyward is the ability to keep track and to view my students’ profile, it keeps everything from their address to their grades.

What do you like best about Skyward Student Management Suite?

I love the ease of use and management options. The reports are easy to use and generate and the student management is out of this world. I love that this program can make it so easy for parents, educators, food service, and technology to use.

What do you dislike about Skyward Student Management Suite?

It was hard to get used to making the reports that I needed for the first couple of weeks, but tech support was out of this world and now it is no trouble at all!

Probably the easiest software we have used in my 12 years of school food service! Love this product!!

Problems solved include better parent management and ease of use, and the benefits to this include less student debt in our food service department, more transparency, and ease of use for all involved.

"Easy & useful! We love Skyward!"

What do you like best about Skyward Student Management Suite?

I love that information can be viewed and accessed on either desktop or mobile.

I also like that everything is all in one place. If there is an email that I missed or deleted accidentally, they are all in the message center in Skyward.

Grades, allergy information, schedules, GPA, past report cards...everything is in the Skyward student management suite

I don't think there is anything I really have a problem with.

I think the suite is a comprehensive tool for parents, students, teachers, and administrators to get information out to the people who need it and have it easy accessible. I would recommend this product to any school/organization that was seeking to streamline things where parents, students, and the school staff can connect

Students and parents are able to keep on top of grades easily and access assignments that are upcoming or might have been missed.

Great and very helpful program for teachers

PROS: The gradebook feature of Skyward is great and very useful application, I can easily enter my student’s grades with this software, and I can easily find categories. Parents are allowed to check upon their child’s grades, work and assignments. It is much easier to keep track of my work than in the past. Skyward helps me to be more organized as a teacher.

I like how Skyward can be one application for accounting, hr management, and student management, all with the same login.

Nothing! Everything in this Skyward system is easy to use and manage

Students are able to sign in and be updated with attendance, similar to powerschool.

User friendly program and very useful for both parents and teachers

PROS: I can easily enter grades and assignments in pre-select categories. Also, I love the ability to interact with the parents via emails.

What do you like best about Skyward Student Management Suite?

The best thing is being to email grade reports to parents all at once. Definitely a time saver.

What do you dislike about Skyward Student Management Suite?

The downside on the teacher side is being able to comply addresses easily. I have yet to figure out how to get all address at once and be able to create address labels

Being user friendly is one of the top things to consider

I am saving time. Instead emailing parents one by one, I can email them all at once. Also student grade sheets are well formatted. Students can see missing assignments clearly
