The most outstanding thing that impressed me was the simplicity of navigation and setup within the Backup system of Skyvia. It's clear what to back up, when, and with which parameters. Simplicity is the key! Moreover, we have discovered that it's possible to schedule backups regularly, so there is no chance you forget something, even though this option is extra and costs.
There isn't anything to dislike, but just to note. Once you run out of storage space on a free plan, you can't create new snapshots because it's necessary to delete some of the historic records. Some warning on that would be very cool!
Skyvia is a real life-saver because it keeps us calm and confident about our data in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In the past, we've had not very cheerful experience when we couldn't access the needed information. Skyvia allows us not only to restore data from backup but to download info in a CSV format, which is incredible. So Skyvia not only protects our business-critical data but allows us to use it whenever needed.
The best part I like about Skyvia is that I don't need to worry about mydata because of the daily automatic backup feature of it.And if there any is any sensitive or critical data I can backup it manually and I can get my datas anywhere and anytime. I don't need to be device dependent anymore.
There is nothing as such I dislike about it, as it is a simple backup tool so there is nothing to dislike it , more of it it's price is also very reasonable.
It is solving one of the biggest problem of mine as being in IT industry I was more worried about my data it can be corrupted anything and to upload it manually in cloud was a difficult job in itself but with Skyvia no more worries as the best part it upload the data and make backup of it everyday automatically . If if I forget to check someday I no need to worry about it anymore.
The quality of the products they delevered is awesome
Nothing. I like everything all about the Skyvia
It is helpful to extract data from multiple platforms
I use Skyvia tools for connections for reporting, the documentation is detailed and helpful. The UI allows for ease of use and the connection options are expanded regularly. The customer support team at Skyvia has gone over and beyond to answer any of my queries in a prompt manner.
No big complaints, it would be nice to have a usage summary complete for connect in the the accounts.
It is easily allowing us extract our data from multiple platforms for analysis purposes
The product is simple in usage, solves all our business needs and costs not too much for such a good functionality.
Sometimes, the support reacts not immediately.
Skyvia is our assurance of having up-to-the-minute data at our disposal. By automating our data management processes, we not only minimize the risk of errors but also substantially boost overall efficiency.
The wide range of functionality for a lot of business scenarios. The platform offers a set of capabilities like export, one-way and bi-directional sync, data flow, etc. Except for it, it’s simple and can be used even for free.
Nothing. We are totally satisfied with Skyvia
With Skyvia orchestrating the replication, we can trust that our data remains accurate, consistent, and devoid of costly inaccuracies. Additionally, real-time data replication ensures that we always have access to the most up-to-date information. This is particularly important for our decision-making processes, as it allows us to base our strategies on the freshest data available.
We've found the Skyvia backup solution a really cost effective and simple way to take a disaster recovery style backup of our Dynamics data.
The query tools are also easy to set up and use which makes them very useful.
The only annoying thing is making sure you log in every 90 days to refresh the access credentials for the backup to keep running, but I think it's a Microsoft policy which is responsible for the expiration so not really Skyvia's fault, but still a bit annoying in the overall scheme of things.
The main business problem Skyvia solves for us is taking a disconnected backup of our Dynamics data for disaster recovery purposes.
"The first point is the functionality, of course. Even though we mostly use it for data import, Skyvia offers a lot of other valuable scenarios like export, one-way and bi-directional sync, data flow, etc.
The second point is the product's simplicity. Just open up and work.
And the last point is the pricing flexibility. We pay just for the functionality we use, and that's cool.
"
Maybe some more video tutorials showing different integration scenarios would be a good idea.
Skyvia helps us to automate data integration processes. It might sound like too much advertising, but the effectiveness, time, and money-saving are improved; that's what we expected from such a solution.
Simplicity of use is definitely the main strength of Skyvia. We used other ETL
solutions before but they were not appropriate and too complex for non-tech
specialists. Skyvia keeps all kinds of users in mind, so we didn’t have to ask
programmers to set up data export. Our marketing professionals do everything
on their own in several clicks.
Nothing comes to my mind at the moment...
As our aim is to preserve all the critical information related to marketing,
we’ve decided to back it up on storage services. Doing that manually isn’t an
option, so we found Skyvia to export messages, contacts, and campaigns
automatically on pre-set schedule. For better fault tolerance, we export data in
CSV format even to two storage services - G Drive and DropBox.

Very easy to configure and get going. We used a partner to help, but could easily have learned how to use it and set it up without help. We were just operating on a very tight timeline and decided that buying the expertise would help us achieve our goal. We set up an integration between our Salesforce org and a custom-built on-premise database that is used every day. The integration runs three times per day, on a schedule, and that works wonderfully for us. I only contacted their support team once, so not much of a sample but my experience with the support team was very favorable. They responded quickly and resolved my issue satisfactorily. I have a very specific purpose for using Skyvia, so the number of features in the system is not that significant to me. However I am impressed by the number of connectors they have available.
I don't have much to say about what I dislike. I'm very satisfied with the system. Perhaps the only issue would be the amount of record transfers that are included in the base price of the various product tiers. I understand the need to have flexible pricing, but perhaps the base packages could be expanded to include a larger amount of record transfers before the overage charge occurs.
