SKytouch is very easy to use and navigate especially during check-in & Check out process
It seems like there's no way to collect Payment & incidental hold at the same time. We have to do it seperately.

I love how user friendly SkyTouch is. There are plenty of detailed reports and pages but everything you need is quick and easy to find and understand.
Customer support can sometimes give you the run around, saying the issue needs to be resolved elsewhere, but when I contact the other party, they say the same thing.

I find the user interface to be very user friendly. It makes sure that the information you've typed in is correct allowing for ease of comfort. I also think that the best feature is the reports, they are very detail oriented allowing the user to be able to find almost anything about any guest.
I which the logon time was a bit longer so I didn't have to login as often.

We were having an issue where the payment was going through on Skytouch end but not Dollars on the Net.
I love that I can be anywhere and still be in touch with the hotels. If my staff has questions, I can literaly log on through my phone and see what they are doing. I makes it so much easier when I have new employees.
I only wish that they had a reminder when an out of order room was going to be released back into inventory. When we are really busy it would be nice to have a reminder.
I love love love that I no longer need to update our availability on Booking and Expedia separately. All of the inventory online is real time without any extra work.
Skytouch offers a simplistic base for users to efficiently complete their job functions. This pms allows for quick configuration and execution of all hotel property and management functions with a single easy to find click. You won't find a faster-growing easy-to-use system for managing your hotel and keeping the learning curve to a minimum than Skytouch technology.
Skytouch seems to have more common than not software bugs that need to be ironed out. Sometimes the system will change property/room characteristics in an update that later needs to be solved with support. Support staff are amazing and quick to help in case of. Rest easy!
Skytouch offers me quick access to all hotel functions and reports. I am able to make quicker determinations about my property and sales on the fly. Remote access to the system allows me to coordinate and help with consumer relations without being on property, allowing me to log in and perform operations from anywhere.
