Quite inituitive construction management Tool.
What do you like best about SKYSITE?
SKYSITE functionality flexibility and the easy access of its features is very good, and the Mobile and Office access are great.
What do you dislike about SKYSITE?
The drawing integration power is also amazing, easy tracking down different issues on various projects, task and documents management is quite simple.
Recommendations to others considering SKYSITE?
Easy leaving a comments on the projects progress and it allows the user to add image files during reports production.
What problems is SKYSITE solving and how is that benefiting you?
None. Myself am very satisfied with the Tool performance and the great quality of the productions and easy of use.

Skysite is the Best Drawing Management Software for the price
What do you like best about SKYSITE?
We used to be company that worked with paper, which was very time consuming and in how fast construction drawings change during a project, not feasible, since we have changed to sky site there are less field errors, and everyone is on the same page.
What do you dislike about SKYSITE?
The main problem I have had is with syncing the app with ipads, there was a recurring issue with the app crashing. Sky site has been very good about quickly solving these issues, they have fantastic customer service, more so than the competitors.

Were solving the problems of both saving paper, and allowing 1 person to easily communicate with all our field people on multiple jobs without having to send 100 emails

What do you like best about SKYSITE?
You are able to send large files quickly, through the send file option. This eliminates adding a person to a group or file, then sharing with them the file that you want to share. I like the graphics, the easy use buttons and simplicity of the software. Staff is very helpful and attentive.
What do you dislike about SKYSITE?
Indexing, it should be better explained or changed. I used the software for almost 1 year without knowing what it was or the purpose. I have not found any other thing that I have not liked, the program is amazing and the upload speeds and download speeds along with the notifications are amazing.
Recommendations to others considering SKYSITE?
Do It!!!!
What problems is SKYSITE solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending Large files without and issues, and being able to get read-receipt emails to make sure they are being downloaded. Its a life saver! File sharing has become and ease, and with the correct help you become better at using it and helping others, which is a key in business.

What do you like best about SKYSITE?
I can manage documents in the office and have the latest documents for the people in the field on their iPads.

I have not found anything yet. The product has met every expectation.

Great product for document management
What do you like best about SKYSITE?
The ipad app is great and makes it very easy to get files out to the field.
What do you dislike about SKYSITE?
Difficult to get the sub contractors and architects on board, would be great if everyone used it.

More efficient to get items to the field, everyone always has the most up to date drawings. solves the problem of an outdated printed drawing being used.

I like how simple the interface is. Everything can be done on one screen instead of flipping through multiple

I wish you could save addresses you constantly use in a pull down menu or something.

No business problem necessarily. It is just a nice and simple feature to get drawings printed and sent to our firm for permitting.

I like the most the way the system maintains accurate account of what is uploaded & downloaded for the live of the project. I also like the recognition system for indexing sheets have come a long way.
