I like how easy it is to navigate through platform also the ability to see participants progress and assign further training

So far there's nothing I dislike about skyprep

It's providing progress with participants it's also gives participants the knowledge of training before physical training begins..

What I enjoy the most is the versatility of the platform and the ease with which it can be set up and immediately deployed across the organization. Within 24 hours of the platform being active, I had courses uploaded and learners completing training.

I have not yet experienced a "downside" with the system. Each time I have a question or a suggestion, my support representative is available immediately and our issues are resolved.

SkyPrep allows us to distribute and track training across a large organizational network primarily comprised of third-party business partners. Our ability to deploy the training courseware and then track performance at each location is invaluable.

Before we started using Skyprep, our training material was everywhere. You name it: Google Drive, YouTube, 3 Ring Binders, random file cabinets, people's desks, you name a place and we had training material there. Now we have it all under one roof, Skyprep. No more searching high and low for that one piece of information we need to train a new hire or re-train someone who has forgotten. It's all right there with easy-to-navigate courses and Learning Paths.

There's no dark mode, which is something while not necessary, would be incredibly helpful.

Would be great to have auto-generating certificates upon completion of courses or Learning Paths.

Skyprep allowed us to level up our call center, allowed us to nail our compliance training and re-certifications, and has been a game changer in our company with the revenue boost to match.

Very receptive to the user experience and product enhancements. From a user perspective, it has a clean and uncluttered UI and appearance, and for new learners it essentially requires no onboarding, it is that self-intuitive. Their knowledge base is great, and if I get stuck or forget how to do something, the customer reps are simply fantastic and always there to help and guide you.

Initially, when we started out, there were some features that were not available that were important to us. We submitted these new feature requests, and in a short matter of time, they implemented these features. We are not a large customer/user, yet we had some unique requirements, so it was appreciated that they gave the same priority to us as other larger customers. What was a con is now a pro.

Allowed us to go fully paperless and get rid of the filing cabinets. Where training records may have been paper-based or electronic (i.e., PDF), each learner now has an electronic file folder where this information can be stored.

While I like many aspects of SkyPrep, I'd have to say my favorites are the course creations and customization SkyPrep offers. It is easy to manage and oversee users.

I truly don't have any dislikes. The software works great for what I use it for.

SkyPrep helps me with onboarding, compliance, annual requirements, user management, and creating trainings.

-The SkyPrep interface is straightforward. It's simple to use for both admins and learners. A lot of LMS's attempt to make their user interfaces similar to social media platforms which in theory makes sense but, in practice, can leave the user lost and disengaged.

-Never had an issue with Customer Support. They're extremely responsive and understanding of your needs.

No downsides to the product, just a wish list item. A QR system that could capture active licenses and certifications. I work in the civil construction industry and during our audits (internal/external) the ability to show immediate, active certification and licensure would help streamline the process.

There are no active problems but if there are any, both for admins and users, they WILL get to the bottom of the issue.

I love how easy the platform is to use for both a user and admin. For the most part it's very intuitive, especially when having demo-ed other platforms. Also, the people I dealt with at SkyPrep were super friendly and always answered my questions. Very patient :)

It's difficult for a user to locate the certificate for their Learning Path. Locating individual certificates is easy, but to locate the master certificate so to speak, it's not well placed.

I will reiterate what I said earlier; if you're looking for a simple platform that is not complex for the user and admin, SkyPrep is for you. Plus, it's also helpful when you deal with people who are knowledgeable, friendly, and timely in their responses. I use SkyPrep almost daily and I think it's a great platform :)

There is no current issue SkyPrep is solving for us. The platform is working as we expected - no suprises!

It's affordable. Intuitive to use and easy to deploy. The user self-enrolment allows minimal intervention for administrators. You can track the completion of educational modules quickly.

The one pitful would be the lack of ability to save user progress within certain types of modules like slide decks, PDFs, video content, especially at a more granular level.

SkyPrep meets all of our oonboarding and continuing education needs.

Easy platform to use for all members of our franchise community. Makes the training process easier for our franchisees and saves several hours in the initial on-boarding of staff members. I enjoy that there is regular support calls with a member of the SkyPrep team to update you on features you may not yet be using to make sure that you are utilising SkyPrep to it's full capacity.SkyPrep is relatively cheap, however the low cost of the platform doesn't decrease the quality of the product - great price for what you receive in an LMS. There is functionality to integrate with other platforms.

Some features that managers don't have access to that require additional work for admins. It would be helpful if managers were able to remove users, this requires the manager to contact the admin to disable or remove a user. The notifications could be improved so that staff members receive a notification when a course becomes available when they have waited the appropriate amount of time. Currently this is a manual process and requires the manager to keep track of when a course becomes available and could be automated.

Improving the on-boarding and long term training for our staff. Helps with staff retention as we are able to provide a more professional training experience to our staff members. By using the SkyPrep platform we know that every new employee is gaining access to the best content available at the time that is consistent across the network.
