Skyetel’s API allows you to send and receive MMS and SMS messages effortlessly. Customers can be grouped together and their consumption can be tracked for free with Skyetel. Skyetel network accepts and transmits G.722 and G.711 in its entirety. The platform ensures that your calls are routed through the fewest number of legs to the outside world as feasible. You can set up your cell numbers to forward MMS and SMS messages to a different phone number or e-mail address with Skyetel. Users also get the option for call transcription which is an optional service that allows you to have your calls transcribed.
